The store was kind of small and in a tourist trap of Disney springs. Tons of jerseys in there, but would've love for it to look cooler in the location. I wouldn't come here for the cleats because there really was not much there. read more

Do not get your jersey customized here. The jersey is an authentic replica however the numbers and letters they put on are shiny black vinyl equivalent to that of a cheap t shirt shop. They also left off the number on the front. Stopped here while in Disney Springs at my Daughter's soccer tournament and wanted to surprise her with the new US Women's Soccer jersey and her favorite player Naomi Girma. The disappointment was real when looking at the cheap wrinkled printing. Definitely not anywhere close to authentic letters and numbers as you can see in the pictures. Reached out to the store on 7/18, said they were working on a resolution on 7/19 but still have not heard back. They did offer to refund the $25 for printing but the jersey is ruined. Donating to Goodwill and buying a real one with official lettering from another website. Save yourself $125 and order elsewhere. read more

Super helpful when I explained I knew nothing about soccer but wanted to donate a couple of soccer balls to toys for tots and I wanted to make sure that the team on the balls was one that a local child would know and like, then gave me a discount because I was donating them! read more

Where do I start with this store? A young rising star manager named Roy. Handles his staff with excellence. The store greeted me, and educated me on each cleats. They did not hassle me to buy something like most stores do. The team helped narrow down which brand would best suit my needs. They did not treat me as if I was some dollar sign. Purchased a jersey for my son in Miami. As soon as we got home (more than a thousand miles away) the numbers started peeling off. I spoke to the store 3 times they suggested I fly to New York to exchange the jersey. Instead of fixing their error they suggested I buy a plane ticket to exchange a $100 jersey - in another state so they didn't have to deal with it. I said "you realize how ridiculous that is right? They said yes we do but that's our recommendation.". May be the most ridiculous comment I've ever heard. Store looks great but customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Can you imagine telling someone that? Buy from a store that doesn't have kids iron the numbers on - my mistake. read more

Terrible soccer club Not worth the money, unprofessional I do not teach what is need to play in the game

I have visited this store multiple times and I can say their customer treatment is the best I have seen in football-related stores. I personally like the way everything is set up, and how the staff is constantly helping out the customer. The quality of the products in this store is great. Around a year ago, I bought some new cleats from this store and they are in perfect shape to this date. Same with jerseys, about 3 weeks ago I bought Inter Miami's Messi shirt and I can only say good things about the quality of it. This store was so cool... loved the variety of jerseys and other items. Even got a soccer ball for myself. At the time I visited, staff were very friendly and asked if we needed help. They looked and dressed so cool, like they were ready to talk to you or go on the field right now! Converstation was extremely smooth. Didn't really feel forced. Shoutout to my boy Kevin (believe that's his name) who really made my visit to Pelé awesome. Asked me and my friend how we were doing after the recent hurricane (after telling him we're from the Bahamas) and he really related with us. I'm not a fan of soccer myself (the husband is), but I think this is a great addition to Disney Springs. We have so many people traveling here from other countries where "football" is HUGE and this is a great store for all those "football" fans! Tons and tons of jerseys from professional teams. Yes, they are expensive, but any licensed sportswear is expensive, so that's not surprising. I don't agree with others who say the prices are jacked up just because this store is located at Downtown Disney. Licensed jerseys from any sport are always expensive. C'mon, people! They also have t-shirts, shorts, and very large collection of soccer cleats. Tons of soccer balls available here too in all sorts of cool colours. Very difficult customer service. I purchased a pair cleats online, tried them out on a turf field. Sent them back because won't fit and the representative told me the insole was ruined and couldn't sale it. I wear the shoes not more then 7-8 minutes just to understand the fit. Never again on this site and my suggestion is "stay away". Usual scum website. read more

I recently made a purchase online on the same day Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Without realizing, I contacted UWS to check for an update on my order. I received a reply within 12 hours by a gentleman named Luke who was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my order. Before 24 more hours passed, he sent me a tracking number and my order was here 5 business days later. I have never received such quality customer service and such quality product. I bought the Puma EvoTouch Special Edition FG cleats for about $120 under retail and never expected to get socks and insertable soles in a beautifully packaged box as well. My experience with UWS has been one of the best. I am so glad a soccer shop like this exists to assist other athletes and recreational players do what they love.
