I won a unit at auction, following the rules I immediately called there 4 times, no one picked up. In the application it was marked - ready for pickup. I drove there from Boca Raton, 50 miles one way! When I arrived, the doors were locked! I waited for the manager for more than an hour! When the manager came, she told me - you can't pick it up today!!! Only tomorrow, but this is not in the rules! If I knew I would not have bought this unit! Horrible!!! read more

I already have a CubeSmart storage unit in Lake Worth, so it was interesting to see what another location was like. This location was so much nicer than mine! In fact, it even has a gated parking lot where you can pull you car directly up to the entry to the main building where the air-conditioned units are located. This is such a nice feature, knowing your car and belongings are safe (mine doesn't have any dedicated parking near my unit. people just park in front of other people's storage units and hope it doesn't block anyone!) Did I mention that the building has sliding glass doors?! This is super convenient when moving stuff. I came here to help a friend, and since the gated parking was limited, I pulled up my car to the non-gated area, where there was no one else parked, and I was able to pull the trunk of my car directly in front of another set of sliding glass doors. Rolling carts were ample and easy to find. The keypads worked flawlessly. Finding the unit was easy, and the hallways did not seem as narrow and claustrophobic as mine. All in all, seeing another unit definitely gives more points to the CubeSmart brand. read more

Done. Finally done. Took nearly eight months, but I'm free at last! Ahem. Here's the story... Last year I moved, and consequently, I searched for a storage unit. I chose CubeSmart based on the reviews and on the proximity of where I wished to move to. At the end of June, I made the reservation online for my unit. I went in the following days to do paperwork, pay a down payment, and purchase a lock on-site. My family and friends helped me profusely in packing and putting everything in the storage unit. Seriously to you all, thank you. I'm truly blessed to have you in my life. That said, the move-in process was fairly simple. I think all the logistics took half an hour, an hour at most, before I was led to my unit and provided with a security code. This security code made it possible for me to park in the garage and access the building. The unit I got was spacious and I may have honestly been able to get a smaller one. I do think though I got the smallest size possible. The unit was air conditioned and accessible by elevator. Aside from this, there were dollies everywhere, making it painless to move my belongings about. A few trips throughout the months and we finally cleared everything yesterday. I really should've done this sooner, but life got in the way. At any rate, called earlier today and they checked the unit. It was clear. Got a receipt confirming my move-out process being completed. Everything went smoothly. I really can't recommend this location enough. Alexandra, the general manager, was easy to work with, and CubeSmart, as a whole, stands out to me with its modern and efficient amenities. Seriously speaking, aside from the great customer service and stellar security, their app is extremely user friendly. I would pay there monthly and never had any issues. read more

Storage unit in Miramar right next to the Miramar Fountains Plaza! I called searching for a storage place and found CubeSmart on Yelp. If you search them online, it is typical to find some type of discount for the first month. I reserved a spot on a specific date and got a phone call a few days before to make sure I was still coming in. I ended up going before my "move-in" date to check it out and make sure the space was big enough. This storage unit has 5 floor and is A/C controlled. Alexandra was so helpful from the moment I walked in the door. She was ready and eager to show me the spot I had reserved and inquired about. They are very upfront about their policies and made sure to spare no detail! There is no contract and you can rent out the storage unit month to month. If you are on auto-pay, it is good to note that you would have to remember to cancel that feature even if you had already told the front desk staff you will not be returning. To load and unload for your storage unit, you can park in their gated area and only park in the two spots right in front of the sliding doors or you can park in the back. The rest of the spots in the gated area are reserved. There are also spots in the front but those are not ideal for loading/unloading, mainly used if you want to stop by the office. At each loading entrance, you can find carts inside. You need your passcode to enter the gate and building. Something to note is the only way up is through the elevators. There is a bathroom on the first floor and I believe on some other floors as well. A great experience with this storage unit! read more

We got in, got the storage unit for a friend, put the stuff in and left it there. All I can say about it is, the service was polite and the units seem clean and taken care of, but we'll only know for sure how good they are when the time to pick the stuff up comes and everything is found to be complete, cared for and undisturbed. They do have a loading/unloading area, dollies for customers, packing materials, and locks for sale. read more

If it's anything like the CubeSmart I was at it's bad. The worst workers go on checked can pick your wax and take whatever they want out of your locker they're like professional thieves they think it's funny whatever you like some of your favorite things will be missing tools sporting equipment car accessories anything they think they want they'll take boxes of it. Of course we have the regular problems the gates broke the price goes up it's already too much money you paid the whole time you know all the regular things the manager was mean whatever but if you don't even get your stuff after all that forget it go somewhere you can trust the guy. read more

I have rented a unit at the facility at 6591 S. Military Trail in Lake Worth for a few years. Recently the roof developed a leak over my unit as well as others. It ruined and or damaged many of my belongings including family antiques. One item, my mattress was literally drenched and covered in mold. We placed it at the dumpster where all other items are discarded. The Manager called me and told me we had to move it after we left. I was not able to have it removed. They charged me 150.00 to remove it. I feel that their facility caused the damage and should cover the cost of disposal. The Manager also told me that the roof was fixed. We went back, and it was still leaking. I had to put tarp over my belongings to keep anything else from being ruined. I am in the process of finding a new company and unit. Now, I have to pay to move my stuff again and hope that the insurance will cover some of my losses. I would NOT recommend CubeSmart period! read more

First off, I want to say, Ralph is amazing! He was the person in charge at cube smart who I spoke to about renting a storage unit. He was patient, nice, and went above and beyond in helping me. I'm a novice at renting a storage unit, but he explained everything to me and answered all my questioned. I had trouble deciding between a 5'x10' and a 10'x10' unit, Ralph brought me upstairs to the unit spaces and showed me the difference between both. Cube smart also sells boxes in varying sizes, tape, markers, and packing supplies. I would assume all storage facilities are the same in the sense that you're just renting a unit to put your stuff in, who cares where or which one it's at. But because of Ralph, he made me love this cube smart location and makes me want to recommend it to anyone who is look for storage space. Thanks again Ralph! read more
