I called more than ten other places before going to Rocky's. His quote was hundreds less than all of the others. He never charged high prices and did an excellent, honest job. Rocky's has been my go-to car place for the past 2 years. I could always count on Rocky and Earl to help me keep my car in top shape. The name now is something like Garage Tire and Auto. I stopped in to have my oil changed yesterday. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. They are very efficient and Mike is very nice. They have really spruced up the office and restroom too. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter who were very nice and helpful, and there was a mundane bald headed man who was the estimator, he offered no help no guidance and only went by my untrained knowledge to figure out what I may need for a car I'll be driving up north next week. When I came to pick up the car he said it was out side, I went out and didn't see it so I went back in and he asked me if I looked across the street , so I went and looked across the street, came back and still didn't see it. So I went back in and he informed me there were 26 spaces toward the back of the building. So I went back out and walked to the back of the 5 bay building "not there" on my way back I spotted it in a bay inside,so on my way back to the office he came out and signaled to me what's going on and I replied "its in the guarage bay" to which he yelled back "what's it doing in there" and I replied "I don't know I don't work here". He sent the girl out to apologize and ran and hid inside. I hope management at least reads this and tries to fix the problem.

When I followed up, the manager (Danyer Gomez) later claimed there was no record of my service in their system, even though I had an invoice in hand. Instead of a proper alignment report with my VIN, I was sent a blurry phone photo that did not show any vehicle information. Another shop (Goodyear Auto Service) inspected my car and confirmed that Tire Choice had not performed the alignment. This means I was charged for a service that was never done, then misled and given false information when I asked for proof. This is not just poor service -- it is a fraudulent business practice. Customers should be extremely cautious with this location.

I found Eurotech when i was looking around for places to install my exhaust. I emailed a few months…read moreago to get a quote and they were very quick to get that to me and insured me they can get it done. I called in to make an appointment and was able to get in that week. I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.
