I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment at Tire Choice #1588 on Green Blvd. The alignment was never performed at all, yet I was told to "trust them" and given excuses that the printer was broken and no report could be provided. When I followed up, the manager (Danyer Gomez) later claimed there was no record of my service in their system, even though I had an invoice in hand. Instead of a proper alignment report with my VIN, I was sent a blurry phone photo that did not show any vehicle information. Another shop (Goodyear Auto Service) inspected my car and confirmed that Tire Choice had not performed the alignment. This means I was charged for a service that was never done, then misled and given false information when I asked for proof. This is not just poor service -- it is a fraudulent business practice. I called to inquire about the cost of a cooling system flush. They quoted me a price of $145.00. I made the appointment for the next day and they charged me $190.00. When I questioned them about the difference, I was told the quote of $145.00 was before labor and taxes were added. Very fraudulent method to get an appointment. They have taken care of two of my cars for the last 3 years and do great work. They are reasonably priced and definitely have great customer service. As a woman, I do not feel they try to take advantage of me as I have been in other places that do and assume I do not know about cars. Great overall experience and highly recommend. I have had oil changes, tires replaced, brakes replaced, major concerns have always been explained to me and never pressured in buying a service. Great people! read more

Went in for two front tires and an alignment, I also let them know about a wobbly tire I had. They told me they could fix everything however they had to order the tire rod, and I would have to come back in an hour. They then charged me 480 for the two front tires and the alignment (Done before the tire rod repair, meaning I was gonna have to be charged for a second alignment after that repair). So, they tried to school me out of an extra 250$?? Then i asked about the part ordered, and they told me the ordered a 2024 camry part for my 97 camry, so "it would last longer" I'm not sure if theyre joking or not, the part wouldn't even fit...they also went on to tell me the repair would cost MORE than the tire and alignment. I went on to find the parts for $25 at Advance, and did the repair myself taking 5 minutes. and saving 475$. Place is a joke. read more

I had a valve stem fail and took my tire in. He showed me very minor heat checking from the sun not even close to the thread. I had to get my reading glasses on to see it. He said they were no good and wanted me to buy a new set @ $650. The tires have plenty of tread so I went online and found out that this minor heat checking is normal, especially in Fl. Rubber does not like UV rays. Then he said it might be ruined if he put a new valve stem in. I said "I'll risk it, get her done". 5 minutes later one of the techs brought my tire back just fine, at least they didn't charge me. They shouldn't try to trick Car Guys or Girls. If I can give them a zero I would. Today 07/19/21. I went because I have/had a nail in my tire. Knowing I have run flats this guy quoted me 977.00 dollars for two tires. I was appalled and left there knowingly I still had a nail and took my chances. What a rip off. Do not recommend this place at all. I rather walk than spend that much money for two tires. NOT DEPENDABLE WHEN THEY GIVE AN ESTIMATED TIME OF BEING DONE Made an appointment for 12:45pm to get my oil changed and it is currently 3pm and I don't have my car back. The guy said it would take no longer than half an hour and it's been OVER 2 HOURS. I went back and they said my car was next in line. Really bad service, I just went for a tire rotation this Saturday morning 10 am and they gave me an appointment later. I came back and they told me they could not do the job because they did not have tools. If I had bought the new tires probably they would have had the tools. The absolute worst auto repair shop I have dealt with in Naples. My granddaughter's radiator hose began leaking. Autozone was out of stock so I thought I would pay a little extra to have it installed. The estimate came back at $1,350 - $1,000 for the timing belt I don't need and $350 for the hose replacement. Just an FYI, I bought the hose at Autozone for $32, replace it in 20 minutes and was good to go. read more

I have frequently gone to this location over the past year or so to get my oil changed and tires rotated and have never had an issue. The last time I went they called me shortly after I dropped my car off and informed me that my brakes had uneven wear and only had about 10 to 15% on the two front tires. They gave me an estimate for about $600 and I kindly denied because my father was a mechanic for many years. When I told the sales associate that I would do it myself he answered "you know how to do that?" I'm assuming he had that response because I am a woman, which is totally inappropriate. Long story short my father went to change my brakes about two weeks later and he informed me that there was actually 50% left on my breaks. I am very unsatisfied and if I didn't have a dependable outside source I could easily been scammed. Do not recommend going here for anything anymore, I am gladly going to take my business somewhere else. read more

I called last minute to get a oil change after work, I was accommodated without an issue, service is always fast and friendly. I had an appointment to change my oil and still end up waiting for 1 hour before my car was taken inside. Johnny has terrible customer service manners and really does not care about customers. He made it sound like my car is about to fall apart: " I don't know where even start and there is so much wrong with the car" he said not even giving me details. Where in actuality needed only front struts and had slow oil leak from the oil pan gasket. Mechanic was a nice guy though. I will never go there again!!!!! read more
