Another shop (Goodyear Auto Service) inspected my car and confirmed that Tire Choice had not performed the alignment. This means I was charged for a service that was never done, then misled and given false information when I asked for proof. This is not just poor service -- it is a fraudulent business practice. Customers should be extremely cautious with this location.
