He did not care because The house of (flat) quoted the best price over the phone for used tires that had 25% of the tread left. 30 day warranty for $38. Balanced and mounted. This store was close by and had the best price but... Unfortunately we had poor customer service. They were extremely slow only 3 guys working. We came before 11:00 And the truck was not even touched for the first hour. Then afterward every vehicle that came in after by was given higher priority. I would not believe it without seeing it with my own eyes. Great customer service was given to people who had 1 tire flat. Which explains the name of the place! So if you have more than one tire it takes over 40 minutes per wheel. Inside the front waiting room they have comfortable seating but outside they only have 3 plastic patio chairs where you can sit and watch how badly you are being neglected. They seem to give women far better treatment. Which is not very fair especially if your tire tech puts your truck up in the air then works on every one else before returning to work on your vehicle. After 3 and a half hours the lugs were put on by air gun and no torque reducing Adapters or wrenches were used. In the future I recommend Totally tires, collier wheel and tires, even Walmart as slow as they are still is better, but not by much. PS. The mens restroom light does not work. Another shop (Goodyear Auto Service) inspected my car and confirmed that Tire Choice had not performed the alignment. This means I was charged for a service that was never done, then misled and given false information when I asked for proof. This is not just poor service -- it is a fraudulent business practice. Customers should be extremely cautious with this location.

We took special precautions they directed me on how to move it into a parking spot (everyone helped push and direct traffic)and I had it towed to the dealership. She was willing to take care of the keys to the tow person as well because I have not seen my mom in years, but we sat there and waited for the tow because I did not want to interrupt her anymore than I already had. In my hour of sitting there I could tell that this staff all like each other and get along really well when they are changing oil. I had not heard from them so called at 1:25pm asking what is happening and is my car done? No and still doing diagnostic and said they would call me back with a quote. I waited another 45 minutes and called them back asking if I will have my car today? It's Friday and they are closed on the weekend. The manager Jeanette stated that the diagnostic should take a few days. Excuse me? Never heard such a thing. I stated I want my car back and to please just replace the fluids. She called me back with what I needed and offered a cooling system treatment for a special. I am not going back to this establishment. The lack of communication, upselling me without addressing my initial request to fix what I came in for. This review is for Collier Goodyear South at 6220 Collier Blvd…read more I Went there the other day for an oil change on my 2016 Honda Pilot and they did their usual overall inspection. They advised me that the right front CV boot was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, "Obviously" that's why it's leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn't let them complete the repair, because I didn't agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. That was the fluid that was on the boot. The mechanic completed the proper repair and advised me of a couple recommended repairs to complete in the future that Goodyear never mentioned. Goodyear completely misdiagnosed my car which could've cost me over $700.00 to repair the wrong issue. Unfortunately I can't trust them and will probably never go back to them again.

I called more than ten other places before going to Rocky's. His quote was hundreds less than all of the others. He never charged high prices and did an excellent, honest job. Rocky's has been my go-to car place for the past 2 years. I could always count on Rocky and Earl to help me keep my car in top shape. The name now is something like Garage Tire and Auto. I stopped in to have my oil changed yesterday. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. They are very efficient and Mike is very nice. They have really spruced up the office and restroom too.
