My mother went to him after an eye trauma and he failed to diagnose correctly what in fact was a…read moredetached retina on the right eye on the first visit, he asked for a follow up visit a week after to see if the trauma healed but it did not as her vision worsened. He injected her eye with Avastin and asked for a 5 week follow up. At the 5 week follow up there was no improvement and my mother clearly mentioned to him her vision recently extremely worsened two days back to a point she couldn't see anything. All he did was apply a second injection without checking the possibility of a retinal detachment. Worried my mother went to get a second opinion and she was urgently referred to a retina specialist. They confirmed she has chronical retinal detachment (estimate 5 weeks) and she is now at risk of losing not only her sight but the eye too. Do not see this doctor, he does not care and is only interested in dispatching dozens of patients a day without providing the proper care and attention. NEGLIGENCE

My PCP schedule me here and I needed to wait a month and a half for my appointment. On the day of…read moremy appointment I called to confirm and over the phone. They decide to tell me that they had trouble verifying my insurance and for that reason I was scheduled for an appointment they had over a month and I have to reach out to me and get this sorted and they choose a day of my appointment to look into my insurance. Once they finally did, they basically told me my insurance was only able to cover $75 off the entire visit and the consultation itself. I was looking at over $150 and asked for the procedures they were gonna do. I was looking at paying $1500-$5000. From my understanding, I thought pain management was just to help you with prescriptions. They told me prescriptions is not what they do and that it's more of a treatment center with different medical procedures. I waited a month and a half to see these people to help get my terrible pain under control only for them to wait the day of my appointment to be told this information. If I could give these people less than a one star, I would. Terrible communication and lack of care for the patient. Absolutely do not consider going here.

Things have really changed as far as my experience in the couple of visits that I had with him. I found that my visits with him were very expedited and one time he was about to leave the room, and I said, I have a couple of more questions for you, so he answered those. In subsequent visits he was very rushed too. Then I would not see him at all, I'd get a PA and it's not what I was paying for. One PA was a real ASS, he misdiagnosed me and was not aware that I had a copy of the MRI. He stated that I had inflammation and arthritis, when I pulled up the MRI on my phone showed him that there were NO notes which meant i was ok. His jaw dropped and eyes widened. Then I said a couple of choice words and left to never return. I think some Drs that have practiced for a while feel that patients won't mind and this likely allows them to make more money. I had the same problem with Dr Savinon, except that with him I requested a reimbursement for blood tests that he or the PAs never gave me results of. His office manager Mr Green decided to discontinue service to me after I forced him to give me my blood test money back. I had already started looking for another Dr, why would I stay there. Be cautious of the PAs, request to see your Dr. its what your insurance is for.
