With that being said, you know damn well his service was excellent for me to have it in the back of my head to make sure he gets the review he deserves! It was my moms 70th birthday. It was half bday and half family reunion you can say. He responded promptly to my first message inquiring about services and how much it would cost. Everything from then on went smooth. We scheduled the date and time. He even accommodated my sisters trust issue regarding paying before receiving final product. My sister requested for the final product to be done and pre-approved before completing payment which I was embarrassed to ask because who does that right? LOL. Anyway he was very polite and agreed to it. No questions asked once the final product was delivered. The photos turned out amazing. The video. Oh the video. Don't even get me started.. It brings tears to all our of eyes when we watch it. You will not regret working with Scott on any occasion you got. He's professional, kind, honest and just plain awesome. I…read moreinitially had my headshots taken some years back at Ziba and kept that one throughout they years --that is how good it was. When I left my firm for another and had to take the pictures again but at a different studio, they came out so horrible that I refused to post my face on the firm's profile unless they agreed to use my Ziba photo, which they did. Due to circumstances, I am back with my old firm as of May and luckily they still work with Ziba and I just did my headshots again - absolutely perfect job. Highly recommend them.
