She told me to call in about an hour and half, I told her that I was busy too and that I would call when I had time. I called about three hours later and an older lady answered this time, she asked me almost the same questions about the vehicle I was calling about; only to tell me to call back in about an hour because the lady with the information was not in the office. I told her that I had already called before and was not getting the info I needed, she repeated to call again later. I told her that I was not calling back at all and I hung up. BAD SERVICE!! This place is GREAT! They are so friendly and the customer experience is AWESOME. Gary - The owner, is so helpful, he comes out and really just tries to help you find the problem. They always get it fixed and they do it quickly. I recommend this place 110%! One of the main reasons we come here is because they do everything. From breaks, to oil, to engines, batteries, everything. They even do custom fabrication and bed liners. We've had our trucks Bed lined here.
