Thankfully the car so far has been good but the following is exactly why I would never recommend…read morethem and would give them less than 1 star if possible! This company cannot seem to produce a tag for my car and I am getting a constant run around. My father called 3 or 4 weeks after purchase because I was told I would receive my tag in the mail and had not received it and checked with Laurens county and the car was not registered to me, was told at the time by Caitlin she was looking at it online and it was being processed and would have it next week. Didn't receive the tag so my mother started calling 11/4 and was asked by Dahnisha if they asked us to get a tag and she told her no we paid for yall to do this and she said she would check on it and call her back, called the car lot back that afternoon cause no one called and said she was waiting on Mr. Peterson to call her. My mother and father both called back Tuesday with no luck so they continued to call 2 or 3 times a day for the next 2 days with no results. Friday they both began calling and after the 4th time Dahnisha answered for my dad and stated "I told you we would get a tag" well no that had never been said cause no one returned calls to us and we were told the tag would be mailed to my house. She told him she was going to get the tag herself and my father told her to let us know when she had it we were coming the 1.5 hr drive back to Aiken again to get the tag. He tried to call back a few times to let them know we would be there 1st thing Sat morning but no one would answer so he tried messaging them on their website and was told great we will see you then. Got there and once again no tag and my mom talked to the owner outside and he began blaming everything on Caitlin and that's why she no longer works for them and my mama said either way the tag is needed and the owner told her there was "no need to cry over spilt milk cause there was nothing they could do" but their solution was to give me a dealership tag with 11/20 on it even though my bill of sale shows the date I purchased my car and to drive it. My mother told them this is illegal and they said no he will be fine if he is pulled blame it on us. They left the dealership called a friend of theirs that is a cop and she confirmed it is illegal and I could be charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and my car could be towed. 45 days was up 11/11 and my father called again on 11/12 and of course no tag and was told by Tammy that Dahnisha was gone to pick her kids up and she would have her return his call. My mom called the bank that financed me and told them the situation and the bank manager called the car lot to find out about the title of the car and the tag she was told by Tammy Dahnisha quit and no longer worked with them and they were behind on paperwork per this and would get the tag by tomorrow. So my parents called Aiken sheriff dept and sent a deputy down there, They told him we could come and get another 45 day tag and he told them no you cannot do that it is illegal at that time they offered to give us another bill of sale with a tag and he had to tell them this was also illegal and they could not alter the paperwork and they needed to get my tag. He told my dad to call the lot back in 10 mins in which he did and this time Dahnisha answered the phone after Tammy told the bank she no longer worked there with a lot better attitude claiming this time Tammy was gone then to get the tags and she would fedex the tag to us. So we will be calling tomorrow to make sure the tag was purchased and if not the next step is a lawyer! My car was parked 11/11 and I am having to now drive my parents car back and fourth to work and they had to borrow a car from my grandfather so they could carry my sister back and fourth to school. After being told Tuesday 11/12 that Tammy was gone that afternoon to pick up the tag, my mother called on 11/13 and was told by the owners daughter Dahnisha at this time that she was going to get my tag at 1:30 that day. My mother asked her at this time about being told the day before that Tammy was gone to get the tag, Dahnisha at this time told my mom that Tammy did go but she wrote the wrong amount on the check and couldn't get it. So about 3:30 my father called back and the owner answered the phone and let him know they had picked my tag up. Since Dahnisha had been telling us she would be sending the tag to us by FedEx my dad asked when we would receive the tag and he asked my father if Dahnisha told him that and then told my stepdad that we had made the process slower by getting the police and the bank involved and he had the nerve to be hostile when all the blame was on him and his employees. My dad told him he would be there the next day with the police again to pick my tag up. We went to Aiken for the 5th time of making the 1.5 hour drive and FINALLY got my tag on 11/14/2019
