As of February 17th the car repairs had not been started. We picked up our car on the 17th. No repairs have been done and our rental car coverage was exhausted. So no car repairs and no rental car. On day one Robbie Bidwell emphasized that he would be communicating frequently. He never called or texted. He would not answer phone calls or return calls. I had to drive to the business 5 times to determine status. In summary this is the poorest run business I have ever dealt wit.

The paint and body work was so bad and poorly checked over that the truck had to be sent back twice. From paint on the chrome part of the door handles, crooked emblems, dent not being fixed on the initial repair or even in the second (finally fixed on third), fender flair bulging off of the fender, bad orange peel, polish left on the mirror, trash left in the bed of the truck, they took of the bed cover and instead of putting it back on they left it in the bed of the truck. This wasn't a rush job as they had the truck for a month. EVERYONE including the painter, the body repair guy, the person who quality checks it, and the service advisor Christopher should all be fired. I've had quite a few cars repaired (unfortunately) and this has hands down been the worse experience, and poorest quality work I have ever seen.
