It seems as though his untreated mental disorders hinder his ability to effectively teach. Coming from an honors graduate, I'd steer clear of that guy. Borderline bully, I remember that I would dread going to that class thinking how will he pick on me today? And yes, specifically me, I was singled out but I guess that's okay since that meant no one else got the brunt of it.
