Selection: The selection is vast and anything that they don't have in store they're willing to order and either ship to store or your house. I had a specific example where I ordered an incorrect size shirt and they were able to order one in the correct size they even added an additional discount for being a healthcare worker. Value: They were running some awesome store promotions at the time on jeans. I was able to get 2 pairs under 75 after tax. This is a wonderful deal. After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

Very Disappointing Experience - Reno Location…read more Living in Hawaii, our Lululemon stores have a very limited selection, so when I travel to the mainland I always make it a point to shop at larger locations. During my recent trip to Reno, I was excited to finally visit your store after finding some great pieces at other mainland locations. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed the moment I walked in. I had just finished a large coffee and urgently needed to use the restroom before shopping. I saw a customer come out of the bathroom and approached an employee to ask if I could use it. The associate looked at me and bluntly said, "Sorry, we ain't got no public restrooms." The way it was said felt dismissive and rude, especially considering the circumstances. I wasn't asking for special treatment -- just basic courtesy and kindness. Instead, I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, so I left without making a purchase and took my business elsewhere. This was not the welcoming, elevated experience Lululemon is known for, and it left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because this visit was a major letdown.
