Great, reasonably priced, and fast service! I had a flat tire due to a nail and they had it fixed within 20 minutes of my arrival. 2nd visit.... Once again, great service. I had an issue on my daughter's car, slow leak. It was Sunday so she went to Wal mart, they said it was unrepairable so they would replace the tire, so I said do both, so they match (different brand). Then I realized that the price sounded too cheap, luckily, I caught it before they replaced, they were going to put on two regular tires on the car, but the car has run-flats - you cannot mix and match. Called Pendleton on Monday and spoke with Zak to see how long to get the OE run flats to replace the two (maybe one since the tires only had 5k on them). Zak told me to have my daughter come by first to see if it was in fact repairable. She went by and he determined that it could in fact be repaired and he did so. He could have sold tires that she did not need, and he did not, he repaired. More concerning is that the other guys were ready to mix / match std tires with run flats and did not even know that that can cause all kinds of issues, especially on an AWD car. Came into have 2 17" tires mounted and was told it would take them 24hrs in order to accommodate me. I stated I didn't need them balanced and even could live with just having the old tires removed from the rims and would mount them manually myself but they couldn't even do that much. Caused me to drive through clemson central and back still haven't found anyone to help me and this was actually a place referred to Me by my usual tire shop. Very disappointing. Extremely pleased with Joey and the guys at Pendleton Tire Company, I'm very picky about who I let work on my vehicle(s) and I could tell they paid attention to detail. I was in town from Charles Town, WV (500 miles away) and preparing for an 8700 mile road trip, so I looked up Pendleton and saw they roadforce balance and align just to make sure the car was smooth. Turns out my front two tires were worn on the inside edge and needed to be replaced, but I was scheduled leave for St. Louis the next day (a Saturday) at 5am. I'm a pretty savvy shopper but couldn't find a better deal or availability at such short notice. Joey was proactive and called me with a solution (Two NT555 G2s at 255 instead of 265 wide) and set it in motion that day. Traction control would still be happy with the diameter difference so it's not an issue. I'm very impressed with the quality of service and understanding nature of the guys at Pendleton Tire Company. Had a great experience at Pendleton Tire. I had been taking my car to Anderson for service and new tires for the last 15 years. I was told that my car's rear wheels, which had a negative camber that exceeded normal limits, could not be repaired and nothing could be done about this condition. I gave Pendleton Tire a try, initially because I was going out of town and needed some last minute service. Joey was excellent. He and his staff were fast and professional.
