Out of all the locations in Oregon where my Mom is, this one is my favorite location when I come into town. Not only was my experience at this outlet excellent, Bailey made the experience even more enjoyable and she was so helpful! Shot out to Bailey! She who was so patient with me while I took my time deciding on what I really wanted to purchase. There's no Pendleton in Las Vegas so trips for me to this store will always be a big purchase at one time. There was coat that I've been eyeing for SO long that I just never purchased, I told her which one and she had told me that that exact coat was almost sold out and they cut the price because they were no longer going to sell it and a new design would be coming out! I immediately had her order it from this location to be shipped to me in Vegas!!! I would have never KNEW this unless she told me! I'm a HUGE fan of this brand and the quality of the products hold their value! You get what you pay for! I am complimented all the time I'm wearing anything from this brand. The designs and color always bring a pop to the eye. The chief Joseph design is my favorite and it's always aesthetically pleasing in every color. For a small store, they have a lot of inventory. I was really impressed! In clothing, they had sweaters, long knee length striped cardigans in earthy hues, rain capes with a neutral gray and black print, brightly colored rain jackets, and of course long sleeve plaid shirts. Since I had already bought rain gear this season, I had to use every bit of willpower not to buy the gray cape or the sky blue jacket! The wool blankets are so beautiful and truly a piece of art. There are not that many brands that still take the time and care to manufacture items of this quality which is why Pendleton is so revered. So many different patterns yet they all somehow manage to have that Pendleton signature look. There was a plaque on the side wall with all the different prints and their names; very cool. Pendleton has made their way into the bathroom in bath and hand towels and small rugs. Even textured throw pillows for your bed or couch. For smaller items, they had coffee mugs, tote bags, even some books with a focus on Oregon and the PNW. Those that work here really know the product, the heritage. That's important when you are spending big bucks; you want to know the details of what goes into the materials, the weaves, the designs. Overall, a very nice experience. read more

Service was friendly, but super bummed the comforter quilt I got cost more here at the woodburn outlets than it did online at Pendleton. This also happened at Nike today in WoodBurn, so I am definitely starting to think I won't come back to the woodburn outlets since I got majorly burned today wasting gas to get here and to pay more than both things were online with the stores. read more

Last-minute Christmas shopping can be such a rush, but Erin at this location made it too easy! I live in California and called into the store to find a particulate wool blanket. Erin went so far out of her way to help me find what I was looking for and get it shipped, so much that I decided to order another blanket just for myself! Pendleton clothing may not be what it once was, but it is still one of the few places worth seeking out if you need some woolen article. I do not know to what extent their lines compete with Filson's. Anyone selling high-end stuff in the Oregon marketplace realities of today is going to be facing hard choices. What a let down. Any man reading this that is my age (ancient geezer as my sons refer to me) will more than likely remember Pendleton shirts. A great long sleeve wool, very soft material, shirt with a broad plaid muted color design. After seeing an advertisement for a Pendleton outlet store I looked at their website and it appeared the shirts were the same as I remembered them. I was prepared to spend the $145 price tag just to have another one. I wanted to feed my Nosetalgia craving. To my chagrin the material was thinner and much more raspy than the Pendleton of past. I asked the manager if you could still get the Pendleton's of the 50s and 60s era and she told me these were the same except there was a new formula to extract the lanolin out of the material. Big mistake Penelton. They are just not the same and not something I would spend $145 for. This is one very disappointed old geezer. read more
