I've been to this location before and the staff has been great! Today however, even though my sister and I were the only people in the store, no one greeted us, no one asked us if we needed help for around 10 minutes. Both associates were clustered in the corner yapping about pto. (we could hear them!) We eventually interrupted their conversation to get help from one of them, and for around a couple minutes we were the only people left on the floor as both of them went to the back. Previously I had bought very comfortable non wire bras but when I sweat they would stretch out. So recently I decided to go try underwire bras and they are very uncomfortable now and starting to stretch out. Plus I got a bad rash where the wire is when I started sweating. I had a wonderful experience here Sunday evening (12/17/2019) I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me! I came in searching for a new bra, I have been wearing an Ill fitting bra from another brand for quite some time, and finally getting sick of it I decided to try out a new store. We were immediately greeted and the lady helping me took my size. It turns out I had been wearing a completely wrong size for a few years now. The fitting rooms were cozy and pleasant, and the lady helping me made everything painless and easy. She would bring me different styles and colors to try on in my size so I didn't have to keep getting dressed and coming back out. It was a total personal shopping experience. Soma Intimates features the MOST COMFORTABLE UNDERWIRE BRAS I've ever worn. I can sleep in them. I don't want to rip them off as soon as I get home. My other bras (including the more expensive brands) always ended up with the underwire breaking in half and/or poking through the fabric into my breastbone. My SOMA bras have only been replaced due to normal wear of the band or need for a different size. The ladies working at SOMA provide top-notch customer service; I've been to stores in S. Cal, Oregon and Washington with consistent wonderful service. Some TIPS: *Let them know it's your first time. They can help you narrow down what style works best for you! *PLEASE do a bra fitting and try on several different styles! Not all styles fit me, but the ones that DID felt amazing. read more

I usually go to Nordstrom for bras but wanted to check this store out. They had a pretty nice selection in a variety of sizes, styles and colors. Got good help with fitting from Sara. Ended up with a decent purchase. Also found some super soft pjs here that I'm coming back for soon. read more

Disappointed in size options and employee knowledge. The largest cup size they had for a 34 band was a DDD and I had to hunt for for that and the DD. I'm don't remember seeing a band size below 32. When I told the sales associate I wore a 34E in UK sizes she gave me a blank look then asked if I knew what the US size equivalent would be because she'd have to go look it up. These factors give me little hope that they will measure you properly. Don't go here unless you know your size, and you fit within their very very narrow size range. (btw, if you have never been fit by anyone that doesn't sell bras with cups over DDD you probably dont't know your true size.) The quality of the bras seemed nice. But I really only saw one style with various applications. So we come back to, unless you have boobs that fit the shape they've chosen, probably won't get a good fit. Sad. I am a die hard soma convert! I,too used to go to Nordstrom and Macy's, no more..at first they took a wee bit to get used to,but now I wear nothing but soma. Their bras are well made,comfortable and pretty! Plus,they have beautiful, coordinating panties in a variety of styles,including tummy smoothing and no VPL. If you go to the clackamas town center one,be sure and ask for Kishawna. She is an amazing sales associate who knows her stuff. Sometimes, it can be a tiny bit embarrassing shopping for personal items,but she is so warm and friendly, she puts you right at ease. She is extremely helpful,quick to reccomend what will work,what goes with what,what styles fit best. I simply can't say enough good things about this wonderful, professional young lady! There's nothing like a brand new bra to make you feel amazing! I have ones with a cute, little bow and pearl..plus it's so soft and velverty,i want to.show it off to everyone! Alright Soma, let me first start off and say Thank You! My girlfriend loved her birthday present. For my girlfriends 22nd birthday I decided to go to Soma and get her a new night gown, cause the one she has had for the last 3 years was getting kinda sad. Walked in and started looking around and came to the quick realization that I'm gonna need help! So I go to the counter and we first start by looking up my girlfriends account to figure out sizes and then I tell her what I'm looking for. She takes me over to a couple racks that have the night gowns that I wanted. At this point I basically needed to pick out the colors, which obviously there was one with flamingos (no brainer). But, she made sure I got the right sizes also they were on sale 2 for $60. So I got 2 of them and went to the counter and paid and my girlfriend had a $10 birthday coupon, so we also used that. I'm very glad the lady that was helping me was so understanding that I had no idea what I was doing! Like damn Soma she needs a raise! I never caught her name but she had black hair probably around 5' 9" and early to late 30's. Thank you for making this the easiest birthday shopping I have ever done! read more

I've only heard of Soma before meandering inside at Clackamas Town Center... I was in desperate need for a strapless bra for a bridesmaid's dress and to be honest, I am a well-endowed gal. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt completely comfortable talking to the kind employee, who walked me around the store to show me different options. She was so sweet and patient--she brought me at least 5 different sizes of strapless bras as well as a strapless dress to see what everything looked like assembled. I was there for 30 minutes and the staff was so friendly and kind! I lost the receipt in the melee of the wedding, but the two gals that helped me on Thursday, September 17th around 5:30 p.m. were amazing! I even ended up buying the strapless dress. I absolutely loved it there. I raved about them at the wedding and I look forward to being back soon! read more
