I took my teen daughter in to get a bra. We entered the store at 7:20pm. The associate (a) helped size my daughter and even helped us pick some out to try on. We went to try them on and the associate said they close the fitting room 15 minutes before closing and they refused to allow her to try them on. It was 7:40pm. The associate was not kind about it and we were within the allowed time according to her 15 minute rule. She suggested we buy them all and return what we don't want. I suggest they post such rules and we would be happy to follow. Also it was 7:40, not 7:45 so we were within her rules as well. Makes no sense to me. Just wasted our time. Not impressed. read more

I've been twice within the last 3 months (prior to pandemic of course) and had horrible customer service both times. I purchased an item they had marked and classified as part of the semi-annual sale which I was charged full price for. I called first which they said they can fix and once I came in the cashier passive aggressively returned it and made a smart comment about "I knew for sure this wasn't on a sale a few weeks ago". At that point I was ready to just give it back to her but she was already done with the transaction . Prior to that they had all sales associates crowding around talking while several other customers and I were waiting to ask a question. Once it was my turn I asked about whether she could see if they had another size. She rolled her eyes and spoke in an annoyed tone that whatever they have where I looked, is it. Beware of Covid here. They require you to enter with mask but not wear it properly. The lady making a rerun had it on her chin with mouth and nose exposed and none of the staff enforced store Covid protocols requiring face masks at all times. People acting like they can't talk with the facemask need to stay home. I just dictated through my phone with a mask in writing this review and it worked just fine. Shame shame. Not really enjoying this store, the workers who have been slowly hired the last 6 months it's almost like the store will only hire really lazy, ghetto girls who wear fake eyelashes and like to act like they are better then any super friendly smiley customer- oh who btw way spends between 100-200 every time They come in .. but' here 'doesn't feel that getting girls who enjoy straightening up or smiling and helping girls is important.. I feel very lonely when I come in THIS location. Lots of loud over the top 'Hi!!'s and 'hey girrrl' but if you can't talk fast and know what you want - bam - off they go like little kids ... ive really in all my years of these stores in Santa Barbara, Palmdale, and my Favorite Old Mill .. etc this store is the ugliest . It's always a mess and the lines are so long and there should always be two girls on register and two girls up front or 1 in fitting room and 1 in center by bras for assistance .. I walk around station to station sometimes making 3 rounds before anyone even says ' hi ' .. and I hate the sales pitches we get here like a low dollar swap meet - I get a really fast , trashy sales pitch by a very loud and unclassy lady stating' have you seen this of that ' but not ' what do you like ?' Followed up by a ' how can I make you happy today ' .. I'm just appalled. If I finally get the guts to ask a girl who's been folding the same area for 20 mins , for help .. I get no dropping of her items .. I get her hands still busy and pointing at tables to go look at things like tights or pointing around a corner to direct me - NOT an offer to go get it .. lots of girls are like this JUST here . ..shy or insecure girls who can't confidently talk to me or help me humbly. .. a whole lot of style, fashion and talking at this location between workers but they DO NOT Compare to the service that I was given at the Old Mill Bend Location for 6 years - I miss them I want this location to get a larger location . Slightly Older women who Grew up here / please ! Stock things better and more neat. I wish a NEW woman could help with this store in her late 40's that loves to treat people special .. older slower people and old souls like me .. who know good service . Maybe a switch of personal is needed because this area is growing in property value and Old fashioned mannered people . I have been in here multiple times and realized they must use the same hiring criteria for each person they select. No smile? Check. Chit chat behind the counter during a rush? Check. Buyer beware! They will sell you something today, and then not honor tomorrow's price. Even if you have your receipt. I purchased items there that they do not have in store, because their poorly stocked. I returned the next day with my online receipt as the price had significantly changed on the items I purchased. Instead if doing the right thing and treating their customer, they told me that I would have to wait until the items physically arrived at my door, and then see if the sale is still going on. I don't know how you feel, but I feel like this is a good way to rip off every customer they can. read more

PINK- i realize that this place is a job many teens work at but professionalism should be to a certain extent. All the girls aside from the manager told me different information and as well did not know how to answer any of my simple return questions.. also when we walked in the store, a group of associates all wanted to go on a break at the same time.. and shockingly the manager let all go but 1 cause she needed one person left to ring people up.. I honestly felt just so confused considering I work retail myself so I am usually pretty understanding when it comes to other retail jobs but this just knocked it out of the park for me. I came in looking for a bra as my male self. I was greeted right away and when I explained what I needed they were only too happy to help. Didn't matter who I was all that mattered was finding me the proper fit in a bra. Erika measured me and got me several bras to try till I found the one I like. I would say she was very professional but it was really more than that. It was more like I was a friend. She made it so easy I wish I had done this a long time ago. I thought the price was a little high but now after wearing the bra for a day it really is the most comfortable bra I have ever has. Well worth it. As a matter of fact I will be BAC to but more bras. Well..its not just this location! Why do they refuse to have people work the registers! Everytime i go to this store....10 girls walking around doing nothing or folding clothes..... while 10 costumers wait in line for 30 minutes because one girl is frantically working to try and ring people up by herself.....u have 6 registers! Help your paying consumers! Stop what you are doing. Go to the register. And stop making people stand around and wait while u have your staff walk around....fold clothrs.....gossip or do no nothing. If i could give this 0 stars I would. I braved Victorias Secret on black friday and purchased a $75.00 gift card and asked for my free gift (a VS bag) with purchase. I was informed that the bag was not available when gift cards were purchased. This was noted no where on the sign. I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia twice now, and both times I've been equally impressed by her ability to multitask and assist multiple customers in the dressing room at once, without seeming rushed or short changing anyone on service. She effortlessly flies from dressing room to dressing room, somehow fulfilling the needs of each customer and individualizing their experience, despite high demand on her time and services. If I had a business, I'd hire her on as a manager in a heartbeat. read more

This review is for the VS Pink store: My mom, boyfriend, and I were in the store on December 26th around 7pm and the customer service was atrocious. We went in for the 7 for $28 deal and immediately got in the checkout line. We were probably sixth or seventh in line when the line started to get longer and longer. We waited approximately 20-25 minutes while there was only one employee (who we found out is named Jake) helping everyone. I could tell he was trying his best to deal with this long line alone, but it was the other employees who were making the situation worse. There was a blonde girl who was very obviously pretending to be busy while the line added up to probably around 17-20 people. She did not help him or open another register one time, but was behind the register putting away clothes. The lack of customer service is so terrible at this location. The line should always come first. I understand retail and wanting to run clothes so it's less to do after closing, but when your line is getting that long you need to help your fellow coworker. Plus, I know she was trained in resister because she helped one customer while he found a product, but not on a new resister. Finally, when another employee came on to help out, Jake left and she was left there alone. Please keep more than one register open and better train your employees. I saw two other employees while walking out who were just standing around tables, this should not be how a retail store is ran. read more

If I could give this store no stars, I would in a heartbeat. While I love the Victoria's Secret company, this store location has got to have the worst customer service of any store I have ever visited, of any company. The staff is unfriendly and uncompromising in every way. I can't even count how many times they've made mistakes on purchases, or the times they do not honor their in-store promotions and then give me an attitude when I point out the inconsistency. In fact, one time, as I was on the phone with corporate customer service, the manager ran over to take down the signs stating their promotion in order to cover up the error. This particular store was a retail nightmare. So disappointed. All the merchandise was mixed up so it wasn't in the correct size drawers or bins. After finally finding what I needed, I waited in line to check out for over 20 min. Only 1 cashier with 10 customers in line and at least 3 employees out roaming the store. I returned two bras, that I purchased online, to this store in December. They didn't give me a gift card because I didn't have a receipt. They said that they will mail it to me or send me E-Gift Card. After two weeks, I called the customer service asking about the gift card. They told me that they haven't received any items yet, and asked me to call back a week after. When I called a week after, they said the same thing. So, I was calling them every week for a month, and finally they said that I should go to the store where I returned the items, and they have to give me the money back. I went to the store and no one could help me or knew what to do. The store manager came after and told me that I have to call customer service online because they can't do anything about it. I asked her to talk to them because I was so tired of dealing with this since each put the blame on the other. She talked to them for about half an hour and got all the information she needed for the return. She was pissed that she had to deal with this and told me that I will receive a gift card in 3-5 business days. It has been more than three weeks now and still hasn't received anything! I love VS but when I was christmas shopping last night i had purchased 3 gifts and asked for 3 bags to give those gifts in and was told no. The gal was very pleasant telling me no but it was made very clear to me that their bags were inventoried and only one bag and one box would be given with purchase. I found this very disheartening as I have always gotten bags for each gift I have purchased from VS. I was further told that the store manager instructed them that it was not possible to give out more than one bag........... how cheap do you need to be VS? really? This review is just for VSPink. I'm a frequent shopper at Pink, and I occasionally go to a few in the region, including Washington Square, and the Lloyd Center. This one is my favorite in terms of size, location, cleanliness, and product availability. I'm giving it 3 stars for that reason. Today, I came in with my boyfriend, and my opinion of them drastically changed. I was greeted at the door, and basically got followed around. I picked up a bra, looked at some leggings, and grabbed a hoodie. As I was headed towards the fitting room, a lady stopped and asked me what size my bra is. Then proceeded to fit me. She got me a bra that was a band size too big and a cup size too small. I know how I like my bra to fit, and the one she handed me was not to my liking. She continued to shovel bras into my fitting room, I had maybe 10 bras from her after originating with one. There were three ladies, all of which kept asking me to pick up more items, try things on, and continued to "check up on me." I work upstairs at the bath and body works, so I know the customer first selling technique we are required to do, but there is a fine line between helpful and irritating. I eventually walked out with a hoodie, that was $33 ticketed, even though a sign said that there was an addition 30% off clearance. There was confusion with marketing on their part. Probably won't go in "just cause" anymore, but word of advice to shoppers who go into LBrands stores: if you don't want to be pestered or followed around, just say "I'm just browsing thanks." read more

I went to the location at the Washington Square Mall earlier this week where all the employees were nice and friendly and helpful. I go to this location at Clackamas,and I get the complete opposite. There were no smiling employees when you walk in. There were no greetings or questions if I needed help or a fitting or any recommendations. In fact, I didn't see any employees on the floor. I walked to the bra that I wanted that I didn't purchase last time, and I found it in my size and the color I wanted. That's where they get that one star that I'm required to give them. That's it. I brought my purchase up to the register. There were two employees behind it and no line. One was on the telephone with her back to me. One was pushing buttons on her register. I said, "Hello," and the one on the register looked at me. No smile. No words. Nothing. Then, after a long pause, she asked if I was ready, and she rung up my purchase. Throughout the entire transaction, she made me feel like I interrupted something really important and was a nuisance. Overall, other than getting a great bra I really wanted, I would not recommend this location. They seriously need new employees... or at least, a major schooling in customer service. read more

Bad customer service. The girl who works at the fitting rooms didn't try to find a room for me and told me i need to wait. I've waited for like 20 min and it looked like only a couple of rooms were taken cause no one ever came out of the locked rooms. Finally she knocked into one of the rooms and it was empty! All of the girls, all at the same time, all friendly, all helpful. Um, calm down, I just told you I knew what I wanted. I had four sales associates on my tail before I could even orient myself. When I told them I knew what I wanted, they didn't stop. They hovered like little perky boob-happy helicopters. I understand they're just doing their job, but seriously. That's more annoying than it is helpful and I ended up leaving and going to Macy's (where I got 3 bras for less than the price of one VS bra, and they'll probably last longer, too.) read more

I came in to return two items yesterday. I had the receipt for both. The salesperson I dealt with was sullen and rude. She implied that there was some problem with the return and announced over a loud speaker "I have a return one in store and one on line" her attitude was that I was trying to get away with something. I have never stolen anything in my life. I have never encountered such poor customer service. She really had a bad attitude. This review is for this one incident.
