Ordered a set of glasses with clip on shades to match Nov 4th 2022. Two weeks they said. At 3 weeks I called, they will call the lab and call me back. They did not. Two weeks further, I repeat request for update. Again they call the lab. Glasses made but broke. They are making them again. Shortly before Christmas, they are ready for pick up. At this point they discover my shades missing. They then ask me grey or brown shades which indicates to me they never got ordered Nov 4th as I was not asked at that time. Now I wait for shades fully paid for. Shades will be mailed directly to me from the lab. We will see if my order will take 8 or 9 weeks. No compensation offered. At over $1400 I am not happy.

Both my husband and I trust this clinic. During our last appointments, Dr. Kristi Poe, was beyond thorough. She explained things in a way we could understand, answered all our questions and concerns , and made sure we were informed with the recommendations. Her technician is quite kind and compassionate . My last trip to the office for a product pick up, I was met with a beautiful smile from Mari. She assisted me in an order pick up and guided me with some questions I had. She was able to provide insight to who I need to contact regarding follow up. The other front desk personnel is amazing too. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. She is definitely worth a shout out too! For giving me compliments that made my day! I left feeling happy and excited about the rest of the day thanks to her! I have been going to Dr. Joslin's optometry clinic for years with no complaints…read more Recently, I have had to haggle to get a refund after the fitters tried four times to get a proper fit for my glasses. Fortunately, I did get a refund and a nasty letter telling me not to return - as if I would. They have an young Asian woman who has difficulty speaking English. I merely mentioned that I had trouble understanding her. Big no, no. Stephanie, the office manager, proceeded to tell me they have a zero tolerance for that kind of talk in their office. This office manager should have hired someone who can take appointments by phone and not confuse the client. The fitters were not trained as well as they should be. They simply did not listen to me when I tried to explain the ongoing trouble I had with the new lenses. It was expensive and I am glad to get a refund so I can now go to another eyeglass dispensary that is better trained and cheaper. Otherwise, I found Dr. Krall to be a very nice and competent optometrist.
