Went into the store to pick up an order. The fries were in the fryer the whole time I Waited and then they gave my order to the drive through and then gave it to me. I tried to talk to the manager but he didn't not care and was a terrible customer service person, he needs to be fired. The food is normally ok but today it was not. There are lot of sub places and this is not one anyone who wants good service should go to. The one star is because they do not have negative ratings. read more

Went to this Penn Station with my wife last Friday 11/10/23 at 12:00 pm. We met my father there for lunch. We picked this location over the one on Kingsridge because we thought it would be cleaner. Wrong, the guy that took our order along with the guy making the Cheesesteaks both had scruffy beards. My father ordered a ham and provolone sub and my wife and I split a cheesesteak, etc. Got our food and there was a hair in my cheesesteak. My father's sub was looked so bad,xhardly had any meat. Anyways, I will never go back to Penn Station again. Look at the health inspection reports and I guarantee you will never want to here either! I have gone to penn station ever since I was a kid because I've always lived so close to this location. I always get their philly cheesesteak. Fair warning: Do not pick this selection if you're going for something healthy as it is very greasy. Their fries are usually always made to order, their fresh lemonade is good. Service can be slow at times but that's because all their food is made to order. To avoid that, I recommend ordering ahead online for pickup or by calling in and picking it up at their drive up window. read more

We used to love this Penn Station and would come here weekly, but things have gone seriously downhill. Waited for more than 20 minutes for our order to be taken. This is the best Penn Station in the area! The staff is incredibly friendly. We always get the Philly cheesesteak and it's always loaded with meat! The fries are sooo good and their house made lemonade is refreshing and flavorful. Definitely a great option even if you're in a hurry! read more

I've been here several times. Food has always been good & hot. My only complaint would be when ordering food to go I wish they had sturdier bags or something to keep the grease from seeping through. Joke of a business. In OCTOBER we ordered a family bundle, cookies and drinks. Our order came to over $30. We get home and our sandwiches are leaking out of the wrapper, smashed beyond recognition and coke. The fries were burnt and we didn't get our cookies. I called the store and because they were closing soon they wouldn't replace it and instead said they would contact the owner and have them send me a gift card because they can't do refunds or replacement meals without going through them first. So i wait weeks and not only did they NOT send me a gift card, they sent me a 50% off my order coupon. Oh heck no! So I complained on messenger and sent a store contact sheet on their website. They stated they never got it so they forwarded my message to the owner. The owner in turn emails me and says she has no record of sending anything to me. I replied back with my information and never heard a single word back. Won't ever be back. Shady and the food we got we trashed so I was out $30. Placed a carry out order at 6:22 I was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived and paid for my food at 6:40. At 6:45 I offered to move up so others cars could get their orders. At 7:05 I finally went in and got my order ( the cars I moved up for were also still waiting). Got home and the order was not correct. I will say this they gave me my money back. I wouldn't be writing this review if this was the first time but this happens all of the time at this store. Like I told the manager if you told me 45 minutes I would have been fine with that, but don't tell me 20 minutes and give me my food 45 minutes later. #settingtherightexpectation read more

Just had another pitiful sandwich there... I give up on this location. I have a couple requests for my sandwich and they seldom get it right but the other Stores have no issues. Such a shame as they have a good location. And while they did offer to make another sandwich I didn't have the time. They made no other offers... Today's visit was an exercise in aggravation. Ordering computer was down, so had to stand in a line to order at the pickup register, then cashier​ had to run your order back to the sandwich makers. That took ten minutes. After ordering a kid's meal and a chicken salad sandwich to go, I waited another 20+ minutes. The lemonade that they tout was empty and when my food finally came, still no lemonade. The guy managed to squeeze a cup out for the kid's meal. Chicken salad was almost non exsistant. This used to be our go-to place for cheesesteaks, but after the last two visits that has changed. My wife and I both ordered 8" cheesesteaks and they were loaded with onions, had a few banana peppers, the mushrooms were non-existent, and we each had about 8-10 dime-sized pieces of steak on our sandwiches. From now on we will be going to DiBellas for our sandwiches. The people that worked there were not very professional looking and actually looked dirty. read more

This used to be one of our favorite places to go for a cheesesteak but the last two times we've ordered from here to take home, the meat is practically nonexistent! The last time we purchased from here, we thought maybe it was someone new on the line who wasn't sure how much meat to put on an 8", so we tried again tonight and we actually got less meat than the time before plus mushrooms didn't even make it on the sub! The majority of the sandwich was filled with grilled onions with a few banana pepper slices in it plus the tomato slice we asked to be added to it. This was definitely Not worth the money!! Also, the french fries were little pieces of fries with barely any longer fries in the serving. We won't be back...when we have a taste for a great cheesesteak, DiBella's will be getting all of our business from now on! read more

I have to share this post with all of you because my husband and I got very sick after eating at this establishment the other day. First off let me say that we enjoy the food there but the way that the food is handled is so unbelievably unsanitary it's no surprise that we got sick and we will never be going back. We ordered two sandwiches for takeout last week. We had to wait awhile as there were only two people working. The guy that made our sandwich did not wear gloves of any kind and had to stop making sandwiches to take care of customers at the register (handling dirty money and working the register and answering phone calls and then going back to making sandwiches again). Completely unsanitary! Another employee arrived and she was coughing all over the kitchen and in the back of the restaurant. I don't understand how this is allowed. I have never been to a sub shop before where gloves were not worn. Something needs to be done to correct this so that other people do not get sick! read more

This is by far the biggest joke of a restaurant I've ever been in. I order my food in advance and waiting for 25 minutes in the drive through to pick up. It literally took over an hour to get food ordered and picked up from this place. Oh and The phone number that is listed now doesn't even work. Complete garbage. Worst worst worst ever. My husband and I went there this afternoon with our two year old daughter. It was 30 degrees outside and freezing in the restaurant. We asked the young man working in the dining room if the could turn up the heat, but he said they had no control over it. We tried to sit to eat in a booth but there was cold air blowing out of the vent and it was too cold. We went to ask someone else if they could turn up the heat and again were told no. We then just asked for our money back (we had not touched our food), and we were repeatedly told no, because there was nothing wrong with the food. When we asked for a manager, the man who had been rudely telling us no, said, "I am the manager". When I asked if there was someone else we could talk to because it was too cold to eat in there? He said you can sit somewhere else! The manager finally came out from the back, and was going to refund our money. The entire time he was doing that, the other man argued with him not to refund our money, and said how their counts would be off, and there was nothing wrong with the food! Even after we got our money back and, we were leaving the restaurant, that man continued to smart off about us! It was a very sad and unprofessional experience! We will never be back! read more
