A minute later, "Your order has been confirmed" and three minutes later, "Your order is ready for pickup." How's that for fast? Walk in, give them my name, be handed a bag (which had napkins in it) and walk out. Speedy! When I unwrapped my sandwich, it was exactly as I ordered it. On the money. Delicious, filling and inexpensive. Highly portable too as it went through the TSA's x-ray machine without a hitch. I'm still a fan of the JJ's concept. Stopped in for a sub to go, for tomorrow's lunch at work. The employees were playing around like 10 years squashing a bag of chips and another making a huge amount of noise scraping and banging a machine. Tables had circles from drink cups and needed a wipe down, crumbs. No napkins anywhere. On the plus, the sub was good. read more

I got the Italian Night Club, son got Chicken Bacon Ranch and while the sandwiches were good...their subs used to be loaded and now they are mostly bread. Went to Jimmy John's on 725. I've only been to Jimmy John's once, and that was years ago. Where's the meat?? I just got turkey, but there's barely anything on there. The ingredients are decent, and the bread did fill me up, but there are way better sub/sandwich shops. Definitely a disappointment. read more

Placed an online order with 2 sandwiches which one clearly said no avocado. Needless to say there was avocado other sandwich. Spoke to a shift manager about the mistake and was told the only option to correct it was for me to drive back to pick up correct sandwich or a in store credit. After asking if they could deliver the correct sandwich they said they could not cause "the driver would not paid" when asked for a refund for the combo, not entire order, just the combo, we were asked " is the chips wrong?, is the drink wrong?" This is not acceptable customer service. If you are asking me to drive back to pick up an order that you admitted on the phone knowing that you had made it incorrectly, I expect to have some reimbursement for having to drive back. No resolution to the mistake. Was told the only other option is to call tomorrow to talk to an actual manager that may ve able to resolve the situation. Not the best customer service. read more

The service is always good. The employees are nice and everyone has good understanding of sandwiches. This place is in a location that is easy to miss and has bad parking. Whoever developed the shopping center should have given more room for parking. If you want a quick cheap bite, come to Jimmy John's. read more

Horrible customer service.the sandwich was ok but the sandwich buying experience was strange to say the least. It felt like the "soup Nazi " episode of Seinfeld. I go in, the girl working the register just stares at me, no expression, no emotion, no greeting... Nothing.like a robot, after a weird couple of moments I step up and say I want a Italian sub on wheat bread. She instantly rings it up and says $7 and whatever change it was. Uh, ok. Slow down hot rod, I also want another sandwich. The I tell her i also want another italian sandwich on white bread and a couple of bags of chips. I said the last part real fast so I could get it in before miss high speed started ringing it up. She very quickly rings it up and says $17 and whatever change it was.. She takes my card and completes the transaction "freaky fast!"and walks away. I the look up and see all the stuff I could have added on like vinegar and oil... Well shit. I guess I missed out on that. A drink would have been nice too. A couple of minutes later the sandwich builder guy comes over to the counter and tosses, not puts down, tosses a couple of sandwiches on the counter and says here's those two Italian subs. Uh ok, I take my subs and head for the door. No bag, no napkins, they didn't even ask if I wanted there or to go. As I am going out the door the dude says "have a nice day buddy". Overall a very strange and slightly uncomfortable sandwich buying experience. The sandwiches were ok but a bit dry, probably would have been good with some of those "extras" I wasn't able to get. Used to live on this food when I went to college and I now have one around me where I live. These subs are delicious and they are also very quick to be made. The best thing about Jimmy Johns is the delivery times. It seems that they will send an order out one at a time to get them out the quickest. I once timed one and was eating my sandwich within 15 mins of ordering. If you want something very quick and something that hits the spot, go ahead and order! So no, not happy. Long story short...they wouldn't make my order, nor deliver it; cause I requested an additional large cup of ice...along with my sandwich, large drink and chips. Ridiculous. Good food but horrible customer service....did not ask if we wanted anything to drink or promote any additional items...when they brought our food, the guy just came over and dropped it on our table and just laughed. Other than that, food was good but lettuce was kind of brown. read more

Meh... Not sure what to say. I haven't had Jimmy John in years! Probably almost 10 years, but I was always a huge fan of the Turkey Tom sandwich. After seeing a movie at a theater closeby today, my husband and I stopped in for lunch. He'd never been to a JJ. He got the Vito and asked if he could get it without capicola and replace that with salami. They said he could get no capicola but substituting salami would cost extra. Does that make any sense? They weren't deducting any money from the cost of the sandwich for taking off capicola, but were going to charge more for replacing it with salami? Whatever. I ordered my old standby, the Turkey Tom which clearly states on all the menu boards that it comes with alfalfa sprouts (which is one of the reason that sandwich was my favorite). I got my sandwich, opened it, and found no sprouts. I took it to the counter to have them fix it, and the girl at the register simply told me they don't do alfalfa sprouts and they got rid of them. What? That's fine, but fix the menu board!! Put some tape or paper and cover that up. How hard is that? I would have gotten a different sandwich, had I known they don't do sprouts any more. Essentially I spent $5 on a sandwich with a few pieces of turkey, lettuce and mayo. Having said that, the bread was amazingly fresh, soft, and delicious. Great service, very efficient, and perfectly accurate order. Unlike some JJ's I've been to, this location got my online order exactly right and just as I requested/ordered despite the dinner rush. It's always frustrating when you customize an (online) order with specific instructions only to be disappointed when it is made wrong, but this location was spot-on! Friendly staff as well.
