Who lives in Southwest Ohio who does not crave Skyline Chili? The owner/manager of this franchise is topnotch and personable, and he takes pride in making certain that all serves exude confidence. If something is wrong, the manager will make it right. We enjoy both dining in and take away. Always amazed at the speed of service. 3-4-5 way chili is grand, and hard to pass in the coney dogs. On site parking. Skyline Chili is always a best bet. Never too loud, and we like the abundance of windows. The tariff is appropriate for the fare. read more

Hannah, thank you for being the sweetest server today! You see, I am from San Diego California and have never had a "three way..." ahem... Well, not a CHILI, three way! I was given an example of chili three way by Hannah this afternoon and also tried the coney dogs. All I can say is that this was heaven on a plate. I wish I was hungrier so that I might be able to have indulged in a full meal instead of just a snack. And, Hannah, you were the best even letting me know about other styles and asking me if we enjoyed it etc. Great customer service, great food and clean store. I will post pictures soon! read more

Growing up in Cincinnati and going to UC, I became a Skyline addict. Two Cheese Coneys and a four way at 0300 in Newport KY was the perfect end to a Saturday night. I am grateful they expanded tithe Dayton area so I can get my periodic fix. This location and the others in the area have great service as well. They have expanded the menu from the old days but still kept the old time 3,4,5 Ways and Cheese Coneys. They always ask if I want mustard and onions on my Coneys and my reply is always, " Is there any other way to have a Cheese Coney? Of course I'll have mustard and onions " It may be an acquired taste but once you acquire it, you are hooked for life. read more

This particular, Skyline Chili location is excellent. Friendly staff. Quick service. Their small-size ways are more generous in size than most other Skyline locations that we have been to. This was the first restaurant that ever offered me a drink refill to go. When I ask for my five way juicy, they get it right. Atmosphere is bright and friendly with two TVs showing sports. We had a pleasant stop here for dinner after an evening bike ride. It was a little late for most people for dinner, so the place was quiet; just us and two other tables. Server was pleasant, food was served quickly, and the portions were what we expected. The restaurant itself was clean, the parking lot was well lit, and the overall atmosphere was good. Of course, it's a chain so you know what to expect when you walk in but it's always nice to have good service. read more

Nice service. Well-lit and clean. Pretty empty on a Thursday night. Standard Skyline fair. I ordered the 4-way with onions, a coney, and a side of fries. Everything was good, but the fries stood out. I think it was $2 for more fries than two people could eat. They were fresh and crisp. read more

Moved to this side of town and was trying to build some loyalty to this location, but consistently had a pile of noodles with no chili or cheese left on my 5 ways even when ordering them juicy. Last straw was when I asked for more chili and cheese on a pile of plain noodles and was charged. Something is just off at this one. Centerville location is doing it right so I just go there now. read more

Really good food and great customer service! Great Greek chicken wrap! The waiters and waitresses are always friendly and quick on their feet. The crackers they serve before your food comes are a great little snack and go well on their signature 3 way. Highly recommend and I visit every time I come to town. read more

One of my favorite locations, I eat here multiple times a week for lunch and the servers have gotten to know my friends and I and even will remember our orders. A wonderful environment and great staff that keeps us coming back read more

Its ok here. Compared to other Skylines I frequent, its 3rd of 3. Staff seems always younger and service therefore often less 'mature.'

On Sunday April 19th 2015 I visited this particular Skyline location and came away very disappointed and aggravated due to the lack of service and lack of caring by the staff. My visit began around noon that day when I arrived with my family (6 in total, 4 adults and 2 small children). 2 people arrived at noon and the other 4 arrived 5 minutes after. After everyone arrived we all began to interact with each other for 10 or so minutes until we realized that we still had not been helped yet, meaning no server came to even take our drink order. After someone finally came to take our drink order it took another 10 minutes or so to receive our drinks and to order our food. After we ordered our food we waited another 30 minutes for our food while other customers who came after us received theirs and were finishing up their meals. At this time I began concerned that our food was mistakenly forgot and so I went to the front register to ask the waitress if our food was on the way. She responded really quickly and said "of course", and immediately put her head back down to concentrate on what she was previously doing. I took this as a sign that she just wanted me to leave her alone and that I was not important to her at all, since she answered me without even turning around to check if our food was actually on the way. Any way I proceeded back to my table to wait for the food. About 5 minutes after that my sister in law went back up to speak to the manager who was preparing food at the time to share her concerns regarding our wait time and she was told that the food was on the way and that sometimes waitresses put their orders in at different times, he seemed not to care about our situation either, common theme for this specific restaurant. At this time, after waiting around 55 minutes for our food my 2 small children were very hungry at this point and our entire table was very upset so we all walked out and visited another restaurant. Unfortunately my frustration with this restaurant and the manager did not stop once we left. Later that day my sister in law decided she wanted to write Skline informing them of our recent bad experience to which the manager of this restaurant responded with to with lies and accusations. Please see below for his response, names have been removed. Dear XXXXXXX, In reference to your visit to my store on Sunday, April 19th, I am certainly sorry you did not have a good experience. As you were, I am sure, well aware we were very busy and my staff was working very hard to provide good service to our customers. You approached me and questioned why others were receiving their food...I went on to explain possible reasons as I was working on your particular order. After you returned to your table and as we were preparing to deliver your completed food to you, your entire table proceeded to leave the store. I am certain you were not waiting 45 minutes for your order because our tickets will change colors on our system after a period of time to alert us. In addition, we had to throw away your entire tables meals. Furthermore, your brother-in-law has done this in the past to us as well. In addition, I believe your entire party trickled in at different times, leaving the wait time for the first arrivers a bit longer. While we strive to provide excellent service and great food and atmosphere, I am sure you can appreciate at times that businesses are busier then other times. This does not negate the fact that we are still striving to please our customers and do whatever is possible to do so. Instead of waiting in a lobby to be seated for a party of 8, you were able to sit and enjoy each others company. Many places will choose to put customers on a wait during busy hours until the staff is able and prepared to serve. We like to have our customers seated, with the understanding that during extremely busy times, you may have to wait a bit longer. This is not an unreasonable assumption. I was very disappointed in this manager/owners unprofessional response to a longtime customer. He did not take any responsibility in the experience, he only made up excuses and accused me of doing this before, which I have never done. After this experience I will no longer be going to this particular Skyline and I will also be notifying all my friends and family that they should avoid this location as well as they do not care one bit about their customers. ost way to much for the quality of food. Taste is ok ,but the price is on par of a true sit down restaurant. This was my first trip to a sky line. It was my wife my 4 year old daughter and myself and our bill was over $35. All we got was 3 drinks, 3 coneys ,1 burrito a kids meal and a side of fries. The hotdogs are supet tiny about half the lengthof a typical hotdog maybe a hair bigger at best. read more

Our family loves Skyline chili. Whenever my sister is in town we definitely go to the Bellbrook location at least once during her short visit. (Plus we go other times.) There service is always great here and the food is very consistent. Prices aren't bad for a small sit-in restaurant. They have a limited menu, so if you don't like their chili then there isn't much else to eat but salads. read more

First off, I would like to start this review by pointing out that I have attended many Skylines in this area and I am EXTREMELY displeased with the Bellbrook Skyline. The service here is terrible. Not only does the staff come off extremely careless towards the customers, but you can clearly see the disrespect that is shown to the management from the staff. On the other hand, the management I see when i come here is utterly repulsive. The staff sits at the bar on their phones, and the management does not control the shift. One situation i would like to point out was one night when I went through the drive thru i saw multiple people outside in the back of the restaurant taking a smoke break. Not only was my order wrong, but it took over 10 minutes to just get a coney with a drink. I blame this situation on the fact that more than half the staff was outside for a long period of time instead of going in to help the two works left inside to make all the food and take the drive thru orders. Another situation i would like to talk about is a time I sat inside with my wife to eat. It was the evening and during their down time, the music coming from the back of the restaurant was vulgar and sounded through the entire restaurant disrupting the supposed family friendly atmosphere. I asked my server if I could speak to the female manager on duty and the manager could seem to care less about my concerns. The attitude and disrespect i got from this older woman was unbelievable. I was shocked to see someone who seems as they are in their late 30's acting as a teenager with such a negative unappealing attitude. Not only will i never go back to this Skyline, i will never recommend it to anyone i know. If you are looking for friendly welcoming service, Skyline Chili Bellbrook is not where you want to be. read more
