She answered every single question that I had and I had a lot, because I had never been through anything like this and did not know anyone who had filed for bankruptcy before. One of the best things about their office is that I never had to go to the office, was you just scan all of the documents they need in online. I will say that Kimberly and her team are so great at keeping up with the documents that are needed. They had everything taken care of when it was time for court. Don't get me wrong, you are going to have to find a lot of documents to send them but this was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I had a situation arise during my bankruptcy process (due to my own issues, it was not due to anything on their end) and I emailed Kimberly and she said don't worry about it, I will take care of it. Then they made me wait a full month for money I was owed after closing--only to show up on the scheduled day and still not have the check ready. Customer service is atrocious. Christie at the front desk is rude and condescending. Tia (or Tiffany) is unresponsive, hangs up on you, and avoids all communication. And the CEO, Nathan? Never responded to a single email or voicemail. If I hadn't been forced to use this firm by my lender, I never would have. If you have a choice, do NOT use Galbreath Costner. They're incompetent and careless.
