Next, he painted our pole barn metal roof. He helped us pick out the right type of paint, got it for us and stuck to the price he quoted, even though he did a lot of prep work that I don't think was figured in the quote. Also put a window in the door and painted it and refurbished the door handle. Then as a little side job, he fixed some siding on the house and also an exhaust fan in our bathroom. But the best thing was he showed up when he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way. Always calling us to keep in touch when he was on his way, or making sure he was coming the next day and what time. We really appreciated that. On top of that, he was just a very friendly nice guy.
