It was up to date. She said I don't look like it! Who does?! I told her no I don't and that I can tell her anything from the license if she'd like. She was just very rude about it rather than being kind. Kindness and sweetness goes a long way but you won't find that here with the notary, Donna. At the very least, I can throw a few stars on here for $5 notary stamps and being open at 8pm on a weekday. Other than that, I'll skip this place and go elsewhere next time. You can get it fast and rude here. I think people underestimate the power of humor or a smile when dealing with customers.
