If it takes more than two weeks to just get a single number when I'm actively TRYING to become their customer and doing everything in my power to give this company my money, then I really can't imagine how difficult it must be and how disinterested the agents here would be when it comes to navigating the claims process should anything actually happen. This is the single worst possible way to sell me on the benefits of working with a local agent who ostensibly is supposed to represent my interests, when I know I can get a better, cheaper policy online without one.
