My agent (Jennifer) treated me with disgust and actually told me to go find another agency as I showed in non-payment. Of course, I put up with it as I have NO TIME for this type of stuff. Finally, I took the time, reached the insurer and solved the issues. Back to the agency, she transferred my account to someone else, I suppose out of mortal embarrassment. This year, a non-renewal due to some outstanding / incomplete work. Ok. They barely shopped my policy. Let me know on Friday afternoon that I needed to write a very expensive policy on Monday, as it was all they could find and I was expiring. We knew this for months, and I implored them to settle far in advance. They didn't. In my view, they barely lifted a finger, and it was mostly to put me in a situation. I found another policy myself on Friday, for MUCH less and bound it immediately. I have had enough and I am exiting. They have worked hard to get rid of me, and have finally done it.
