Every year, when I try to review my policies, a different new agent has been assigned to me because the previous has "left" (suspect this company can't keep agents on for more than 6 months)! I emailed countless times without responses. I called several times during regular weekday business hours and never got any responses. Katie O. at Encharter took great care of me and gave me an excellent quote for both my car and my renter's insurance, coming in significantly lower than Progressive, whom I had used until then. I decided to go with Encharter right there and then, and that has turned out to be an excellent decision--I have since found out that their service doesn't deteriorate after you buy your policy, on the contrary. Every time I had to adjust my policy for some reason, my agent at Encharter was quick to respond, and even when the insurance company itself messed up on some of those changes, Encharter acted as my advocate and made sure it all got sorted out. This probably saved me countless hours on the phone talking to clueless customer service agents/brick walls. Normally, I would expect to have to pay a premium to receive this kind of service, but that's not the case here; the value proposition they offer is great. I'm a very happy Encharter customer and I highly recommend them.
