I've used Robert several times, but this last time was a serious situation. My 4 plex was totally shut down and my tenants left without power. Robert jumped through hoops to go above and beyond the call of duty to quickly resolve the problem. We had to switch out the entire 4 gang meters and close the permits to get the power back on. Tenants were without electricity and it's summer in Florida. Robert put all of his business aside and took care of the emergency situation.
