Something the plumber refused to do when he arrived. He ran the water in the sink in the 1bathroom for a second, then told me it's draining! He did not replaced the plug in that sink, but advised me I could find a plug at the hardware store. In the end as I stated he left with neither toilet in working order, he left me with both toilets not working. I called and asked to speak with the owner about the this, was told he would contact me. That was on the 18th of the month. No call.... 10 days later I called again asking to speak with the owner, (the person I imagine wrote they "guarantee customer satisfaction". ) I received a call from someone ( I believe it was the person who left me with an unfinished repair.) Yet he never once went up in the attic to even look at any of the existing duct work. Needless to say, the quote was ridiculous. Got two other estimated from other companies at 15000 and 16,800.
