ran PVC along a bedroom wall

NO STARS DO NOT CALL THEM!!! they improperly installed 2 mini splits in my cottage, wired wrong and installed improperly. We had problems with them from day 1 and they blamed us for not cleaning them properly.. They leaked causing damage the last time I let them work on it. I sent a nice email to Johns AC explaining they were installed improperly inc pictures from Ocala Plumbing and AC who was able to identity what was wrong and fix it repairs close to 4k, Johns AC no longer willing to take my calls or even make any restitution for damages. Im going to try to expose them as the frauds they are ............Very Bad Company!!! DO NOT USE JOHNS AC Call Ocala heating and AC reliable, honest and know what they are doing

Great work, great friendly team, they treat you like family. They service our Ac before and even did a complete new install and we're very happy with the results. It's been a few months and have not had any more problems. AC working great! Thank you John's A/C.

i am giving this company Zero stars! Thry installed a faulty part, yes i have since had it tested, that was 8 years old causing my A/C unit to break then pressuring me in to purchasing a new unit. i will be taking this business to small claims court. Buyer beware. i have now spoke to a legitimate Hvac company who will be assisting me with the knowledge to follow through on this company's deceptive business practices. After realizing the part was a faulty part, i contacted them and they apologized they "meant" to install a brand new part when it was available. According to the Hvac company I am speaking with these parts are readily available, in fact they were kind enough to give me a new capacitor proving they are readily available.

John's A/C did so well with my mini-split install for my office. Will recommend them for any future projects.

During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all. Thanks again to: Isaiah Luke Appliance Repairs!

Correct - during our heat wave (8 days of 100+ degrees). . . . . a little background. I actually called Sun Kool back in March, regarding an inspection I was having done by another company. I was so uncomfortable with the 'technicians' that were in my home, that I called the contractor who built my house and asked for his recommendation. (should have done this in the 1st place) Well I spoke with Diane in their office and everything basically worked out ok (in March). When I called in late June when my system failed - I was afraid that due to the heat-wave, I wouldn't be able to have service for weeks. Well - Diane answered the phone and remembered our conversation from March. I was surprised and impressed. She rearranged some schedules and I had a technician at my home the following morning. After the diagnosis of a "dead system", all I could think about was sleeping in 95 degree heat. Instead, Sun-Kool filled my leaking freon and I was able to cool my home down for the next 48 hours until they could install a new system. They suggested several systems - I googled each one and decided on the Goodman 3 ton unit. Two men came to my home with everything they needed to install my new system, including building a new plywood platform for the air handler, dropping in a new cement pad, switching out my circuit breakers and taking away my dead system, pvc pipes and all. When they left (5 hours later) - you never would have know they were here. My home (inside and out) was spotless - I really appreciate that. The county inspector arrived a few days letter, signed off on all their work and I am pleased to recommend Sun-Kool for all your heating and air conditioning questions and needs.
