I had some reward money to use and went online to place an order. I placed my order on a Sunday morning and I received a pickup email on Monday morning. The store is located in the Castro Village shopping center and it was busy on Tuesday afternoon when I came to pick up my order as the parking lot was quite full. I showed my pickup email to the cashier who went to the back to retrieve my order. The process was quick and efficient as I was on my way. Sad, that there aren't that many Hallmark stores around anymore. This location is the closest to me and will be back for future in-store shopping or online pickups.

I had work during the week and completely forgot to follow-up with them for a time to bring in the item to get embossed. I called on a Thursday, close to their closing time and asked to drop off the following day and pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately, I was told that they close on the weekends. However, the owner mentioned he could do it the next day, if I brought in the item. He conversed with me over text to show me the different typefaces they offer and made sure that the embossing set up was ready for when I came in.
