I informed them that I paid for the hour delivery in which they told me "oh you did, then we will refund you but your order will be there". None of the arrangements were the arrangement I ordered. There was supposed to be m&ms in the arrangement in the vase and there was just kale. Additionally, all of the red boxes were torn and it looked sloppy. Furthermore, I asked for 7 balloons that say thank you for the arrangements and they gave me 6 which made it awkward handing out to staff here. I do not appreciate not getting what I paid for. I got an email that my complaint was received then another email stating the complaint was closed.
