He even reminded me to add furney pads to protect the cargo. After the move I dropped off the truck in Merced at a location that was closed, not a problem. I broke out the app and followed the drop off instructions. Took a few pics, mileage and gas, location of truck. Then dropped the keys in the overnight drop box. That's it, just walk away. I double checked my app the following day to make sure everything was gravy, it was, experience complete. The value was on point and the little service involved was excellent. I took off one star because they don't allow vans to go one way out of town.

Since I rented a van, they had a special where I could get one month free of storage space. Score! :) We still have the storage spaces. The reason I say "spaces" is because their storage space rentals are a better deal if they put two together for the customer. The monthly rent is a decent amount (between other places that are higher or lower in cost). It is awesome because you can drive your car or truck into the storage facility and unload your belongings close to the storage unit. One small down side: Our storage units are closest to the stairs not the elevator. It is just the way the floor plan is set up. All in all I would recommend. I posted a few photos. :)

Francisco's Tow of Turlock was dispatched we were informed by my auto insurance who took the call for help. Francisco's Tow was the third, yes I said third tow truck company dispatched by my auto insurance and he was the only business that actually arrived over the 4 hours we sat in the Chevron gasoline station off the freeway on the Mossdale exit waiting to be taken home. I was 100% satisfied with Francisco's work. He also unloaded my SUV fairly deep into our driveway and under the area where the carport's roof is. He did this so swiftly I didn't even see it happy. He is skilled. It was after 10 o'clock in the evening and we'd been there since 6 o'clock. Exhausted, thirsty, and worn out from constantly having to phone the insurance back to report the other two tow truck companies never showed. Once Franciso was dispatched he was there in under 30 minutes, apologized for our predicament, and moved so swiftly to move my SUV onto his custom shiny black state-of-the-art tow truck that within no more than 10 minutes all of us were ready to roll home to Turlock. He was SO super nice, courteous, intelligent, knowledgable, and sincere. He was gentle with my vehicle which I appreciated. He truthfully was. He is my go-to now if I have anything to say about it. The inside of the cab was roomy and sat us all; a total of 3 people and my itty bitty dog. Clean chilled bottle water was offered too; nice touch! Super clean inside and out with no rubbish anywhere. The outside and inside of the truck and dash area are pretty and the ride is smooth. Wait until you see the attractive lights on the outside of this machine; it's really something special.
