She came home upset stating the car was filthy with sticky dried on liquid all over the console and crumbs dried into that and Crumbs all over the floors, smelling like old food. It was 15 minutes until closing. I called and spoke to a man there, he stated it was his fault the car was just dropped off and left filthy. He said she can make a trip all the way back and get a different one. I Told him it was 40 min there and 40 min back again and we did not have that kind of time. Asked if she could get some Kind of discount for this ridiculous mess. It's going to take an hour to clean plus the cost to clean it. We are not filthy people my car is 10 years old and spotless. He stated he can give her a discount. I asked how much he said 25% while on speaker for others to hear. I had wanted to record the conversation as I always do with these situations because there are so many liars. but so close to closing time I tried to be quick. Again I repeated she will get 25% off? He confirmed. He also said he is making notes on the account. This guy should have never been trusted. When she went to return the car, the rude lady said no way did anyone tell you this. I went inside to confirm what my daughter told her. The lady stated she will go check with someone in back and said only 25.00 off. What a crock of shit. These people are the biggest scammers ever do not use them they lie cheat and give you filthy cars as you can see all reviews are only 1 star, would be 0 if that was an option. this experience was unacceptable. I really wanted to be able to leave a good review for this rental. However, as things progressed,…read moremore and more issues came up that could not be ignored. When I first set up the rental, we were supposed to get it from Lee summit and I got a phone call saying that I had to go to the Olathe location, which is a much farther drive for us. I was not excited about the extra long drive, but it is what it is. I had schedule to pick it up at noon but the Olathe location closes at noon so that would have been impossible to do so we showed up a little early. When we picked it up, we were surprised by a extra $300 deposit that we were not told or aware of ahead of time. The manager was the one that gave us the rental and offered to split up the payment so that we didn't have to pay out so much that day. He said that he would call me halfway through the trip to pay the other portion and it could be paid with just our debit card. It did not have to be the credit card on file. I never heard from him so I called the next day and when I did, I was told that that was incorrect, it had to be paid with the card that was on file. They could not take any card information over the phone. When I returned the van to the lee summit location, we were told it was going to be more than what we had been quoted originally, but they didn't know why. They told me I had to reach out to the Olathe location to find out what the extra charge was for. When I called them, they said it was because I picked it up earlier than I scheduled. So they charged me for another day. The guy that I talked to about it said that he would talk to his manager about what they could do about reimbursing me and he would call me back. A week later I still have not heard anything from them and when I try calling them, I'm waiting for over ten minutes for someone to even pick up the phone. Instead of hearing back from them, I received another charge for the toll roads that we drive through, which was warranted, but was charged to my card with no warning. On the top of all of that, there is such a thing as crosswind assist on the Sprinter van and that thing is, the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced. It is supposedly a safety feature that keeps you from drifting into the other lane when there's a high crosswind. How it prevents you from doing that is it locks the front and back tire while you're driving down the highway at 65 miles an hour. Nobody told us about this feature and we were blindsided by it, and it is extremely scary when you're driving and all of a sudden, your van just breaks out of no where on a highway. We will definitely not be using enterprise ever again in the future. If you choose to use them, please be aware and pay attention to your bill.

moving is hell…read more rider is a little pricier than u-haul, but it's worth it. they had 500 free miles through their web site as well as an online discount which gives you a "metro van" or whatever for roughly $75/twenty-four hours. the vans are similar to what you see ups + fedex drive around. although they're huge, they drive like an SUV or van instead of a clunky truck. i was worried there wouldn't be enough room in this van, but they're very long and tall. the people working at this location are also very nice. during what should be a stressful time, they are relaxed and professional.

As a passenger in the truck, it rode very smoothly, considering it was the "City Van" and my husband, who drove it, said it handled much better that the U-Hauls he's driven in the past. Well, that's because it is. I needed this hitch receiver so that I could use a tray or a bike rack for a myriad of purposes, and at just over $250 to install, this is exactly what I needed. I got away after about 3 1/2 months as a company driver. They don't care about the turnover rate. If they're ripping everybody off they're making money doing it. Yes, they pay to get you there, and sell you BS. I caught a cab from Olathe. To the Kansas City Bus Station. Got myself a ticket home, and knew what I saw. I just left driving this past January. They're all BS, and they all want free out of you. I work for a Company now doing construction, and travel for the job. I'm in Olathe right now. Trans Am 's plan is to try to get all to lease. It's called they make money by screwing all, but they make it for the loads, and your time off your production. It's called deliver loads for free. They ripped me off 200.00 out of my final check. There is a thing called a wage claim. It is done through the Kansas Department of labor. You can do it from your home computer. You just have to be thorough will all evidence. Save everything. I had to do it with a different company. I got all my money back, and then some. They'll never go to court. They'll settle, because they know their guilty.
