I came into the dealership for them to look at 2 specific issues I was having. The person on the phone when scheduling (the second time) ended up putting a completely different reason to come in. When I showed up for my appointment time, I was told that it would take about 1.5-2 hours for them to look over my car and change the oil. After about 3 hours, he came and told me that it's not good. He proceeded to tell me that my car was REALLY bad, that it was SPEWING oil all over the place and my coil was so bad, it would be a matter of time before it broke and I would be in a very unsafe position. He had a list of problems broke down with prices that totaled over 8,700 dollars to fix but he'd be "nice" and give me a 500 hundred dollar discount for 8200. My flabber was gasted. I asked for an itemized list of things wrong so that I could look into it more, but he said he wasn't allowed to give that out (I took a picture of the list he showed me...complete with a 1 thousand dollar misc charge. He also told me how my brakes were past the red mark and needed to be changed right away (I just had them changed not long ago at another shop). He was incredibly pressuring and told me that I just have to do this. After it was clear I was not going to do anything today, he tried to charge me a fee to have them look at it after I was told there wouldn't be. The tech was apparently on lunch, so I had to wait another hour for him to get permission to not charge me. After that hour, I was told that he would waive the fee, but the tech came out to grab a work order and asked if this was another vehicle that he would just get to work for free on, very condescending. Finally free with my car, my dad took it to another Toyota dealership and confirmed that I did not have any leaks (I park in the garage and don't ever have a puddle...or still have oil for this supposed SPEWING to not be happening), my suspension was fine, brakes were good, and did choose to fix my minor issues with them. Total with them, 300...a whopping $7900+ in savings. This was the biggest untrustworthy experience with a dealership I have EVER had. Oh, I should mention before I walked out, I got told the mechanic would LOVE to buy my car if I would sell it...Trying to take advantage of women isn't a good look and I will never take another vehicle here again, nor my family.

Battery: dead Schedule: busy…read moreAvailability to take car to dealer: no Mobile service needed: yes Prymo did a fairly primo job for me. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

What I was told would be two day repair for my timing chain turned into a month-long experience with my car sitting in the shop. Communication was inconsistent at times, and I often felt in the dark about what was really happening. The shop initially quoted me around $2,600, then revised it to $4100 and offered a $800 discount. The total ended up at $3,908. During the repair, I was told that my dowel pin had broken in the camshaft, which required additional work. I receive a text message saying my car was ready for pickup. I came paid my balance in full. Less than a hundred feet of leaving out the parking lot my check engine light was back on and problem still existed. Im thankful I caught it in time because it was a Friday and they are closed on weekends. So it would have been my word against there's when it came time with correcting the problem. When I arrived for pickup today, the shop stated they waived an additional $800 fee for a solenoid recalibration/replacement that was directly related to the timing chain work they had just performed. I feel strongly that this should have been included in the original service and not presented as an "extra" charge after I had already paid. To their credit, I really appreciated the friendliness of the two administrative assistants, who went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with a shuttle ride home when I dropped off my car, even paid for me an Uber to pick up the loaner vehicle, and made sure I had a loaner car for the month while mine was being repaired. Those accommodations meant a lot during a very long process. The shop also test drove my car for 40+ minutes before releasing it, and the check engine light has not come back on yet. I appreciate that they ultimately covered the $800 charge, but overall the experience left me questioning trust, timelines, and transparency. If you use this shop, know that while they will work with you and provide support, you'll need to ask a lot of questions, push back on extra fees, and keep good records. The repair seems to be holding for now, but the process was much more difficult and drawn out than it should have been.

They made sure they had all my information. As you can see in the screenshot they texted me to confirm my appointment. My first clue should have been when the lady behind me was greeted and assisted before me, I realized we were not probably getting the same service but I thought that the man assisting people was rude for not acknowledging me at all, even after we had eye contact. We agreed that my wife and I would not be waiting, and would pick it up in the afternoon. When I got the quote they said a couple of hours. So at around 5:00 I called to see if the service was complete. I was then informed that my vehicle was on the ticket for tomorrow. I completely understand that things come up and life happens, and that my vehicle was not an emergency, or broke down. I was just dumbfounded that they didn't reach out to me in any way! I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was on my way to retrieve my vehicle. When we got there I went in and spoke with a lady about getting my vehicle. I expressed my disappointment, frustration, and confusion. I did lose my cool and used profanity at the very end of our conversation. I had apologized for my attitude and said may I have my keys please. She agreed with my frustration and then told me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. That's when I freaked out, why in the world would you have to get in my vehicle, adjust settings for YOUR COMFORT, and roll down the windows and move the mirror, just to move the f***ing vehicle literally like a parking space! I just couldn't believe you can't do the service when agreed on, not contact me in any manner saying, Hey we are keeping YOUR vehicle longer, and then act like you are doing me some kind of favor by moving it! Get the f**k out of my vehicle. Needless to say, we did not get anything done to our vehicle at this location, but we did waste time, and effort. Thanks for nothing but frustration! I would a negative number if possible!!
