This is a poor custom product, absolutely not premium in any way shape or form. The printing is of poor quality. Letters are smudged or missing; key words are smeared and or absent. The phone number does not appear fully on many pens, or a number is only partially printed. The pen itself is noisy. I would not hand this out to a potential client. I did call the company & left a voice mail. They were not available during business hours. I did email the company and did not receive a reply. I wish I could upload pictures to demonstrate the quality; I would absolutely not recommend this business for anything you are trying to use to represent your business, unless your quality is all around sub-optimal. read more

I paid over 50 cents per pen, with 250 pens. They arrived quickly, but looked cheaper than expected. I pushed that concern aside, but when I used them, they hardly wrote. You have to scribble with them a lot before they start to write and then when they do the ink is very faint. I thought it would be a smooth gel ink, but it is not. When you write the ink is faint as if the pen is running out of ink. I emailed customer service and they said they inspected what they had in the warehouse and they were fine. The pens are not fine. They are trash. I have some in sealed promotional bags ready to go out and here I am embarrassed to give them out (yes, I should have tested them first) I contacted customer service a second time via email and a phone call and I am awaiting a response. I also am wondering how legit the reviews are on their website as I don't see anyway for me to leave a review for my purchase. read more

Don't use PensXpress. Did my due diligence, didn't reveive a proof as stated. Cheapest pens I've ever ordered. Never again.

I am very hapy with the products I had received from Pensxpress. I had ordered my first shipment of pens to use instead of business cards. Because of the unique idea and great looking and working pens that I had received I handed out 200 pens within a few months. I then went an placed a larger order for new business card pens and also for a trade show I was going to participate in. My logo idea was pretty detailed and I was afraid that it would not look very good on a pen. After speaking to their customer service representative (who was extremely helpful, professional and nice) I was assured the logo would look good on the 1000 pens I ordered, they were right. The pens looked great and people were asking or more. I will definately use this company in the future and would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs custom pens. read more

AMAZING! I made a last minute decision to order promo pens for a conference. Decided against the Quick Ship options and opted for paying a little extra for rush production. Placed the order online on FRIDAY, June 14 at 3pm PST and I just received the completed order today, Thursday, June 20 at 10am!!!! Considering the weekend,, that was only 4 days for production AND shipping from NJ to CA. The pens looks perfect, so professional and they write really well! Avoid this business. I placed an order of Pens for my business. It was oynly 150 promotional pens for an important convention. Pensxpress was quick to debit my account for the amount of the order. As my convention draws closer I send a couple emails asking about my pens. My logo and all artwork had been approved for 2 weeks. When I sent the email wondering what happened to my order. The response I received was that they are "Still under production" So yes I get angry and send a stronger email only to receive a response from a Mr Rudy Oswald. His entire email is written about how great their company is and how he was so offended about my demanding email. He says no worries your order is ready to ship today. Then a few hours later he sends me another email saying "After further thought, we are unable to fulfill your order" Supposedly my Pens that i had paid for including a Set Up fee with my company logo were shipping one moment, then the next moment Mr Oswald said they wouldn't fulfill my order. So here I am, without my pens, and they have my money. Guess I have to go to the BBB of New Jersey. Avoid this company and especially the arrogance of Mr Rudy Oswald read more

I made my first purchase of 250 pens. I selected the Express Soloist. it is a nice pen for the price to had out to my clients. I was a bit concerned with there not being a preview when ordering. So after I placed my order and spoke to a young lady about my order. I had asked that the Size of the Phone number and the company name be a larger font than the web address. she said this would not be an issue. Actually when I originally placed the order online I did not place the web address on it, so she made that change and added it for me. My only concern was size of the font. well my concerns were correct, the font was very small and very hard to read. I called the day I received them to express my concerns and I was told they could not make the font larger, so they made the decision to keep it all the same. I mentioned why didn't they call and I could have made the decision. No response to that question. I then sent an email to customer service expressing my concerns and disappointment. and to this day have not had a response and it has been a few days now. the short of it all... 1) they did not do what I asked when I called. 2) they made a decision for me without consulting me 3) they have not responded to a customer concern sent via email and phone.
