We had taken a watch to another local jeweler to have a link removed. After having it for over a…read moreweek, the other jeweler promised to have it done same day. Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. At one point she pierced the inside of my tragus again causing me so much pain, and it was also a brand new piercing so it was already sore. My ear then started bleeding and she had to go get someone else who continued to fidget in my piercing after it was bleeding. I had to stop them because I was in so much pain. She then just apologized but I left feeling I wasn't compensated for the piercing that I had lost, plus I was in so much pain. I'm currently writing this a couple days later because I didn't realize how long this would hurt, but I think they did some serious damage to my cartilage
