I buy most of my gifts here and also many of their bird seed items. I recently received exceptional customer service in the nursery area. I was looking for an item I had seen in the Fall. I described it to an associate and she asked another associate to assist me. Immediately after I described what I was looking for, she knew what I wanted. She had packed them up because they are technically seasonal items. She offered to go and find them for me. I was so happy that I was able purchase two of them for gifts. Turns out NO ONE EVER CAME. I called Brochu the next morning and the receptionist was just nasty. Didn't have an explanation and didn't care at all that no one came to my house- and that I lost an entire day of work waiting for them. Completely unprofessional. I will never call then again.
