As you know, computers are a very integral part of our lives, and when there is a problem it can disrupt every aspect of our daily activities. For me, choosing who to allow to work on my computer was a big decision. After my regular technician relocated, the thought of someone I don't know having access to my personal information had me very concerned. I have had many people look at my computer and try to fix it and I got nowhere. I was skeptical to have Robert look at my computer as I had been told it was "dead". After explaining to him what was wrong he told me he had an idea what it was. I was not to sure but thought I would give it a try. At this point I had nothing to lose. He was the only one that could get my computer up and running when I was told it would never work again. I was lost for words when he told me he had it working.
