    I had a 50 in TV mounted by a Big Blue Box Tech team…read more They installed the wrong mount and when they mounted the TV they did not plug it in! I gave up working with their customer service. I reached out to Hello Tech and a very professional team showed up. installed a new mount and got my TV on the air! They were quiet, cleaned up after themselves and mounted the TV! GREAT JOB!

Went on Google to get # for GeekSquad & saw HelloTech ad. After a quick convo with a friendly Staffer I had appointment set. Was most impressed with business plan-our price is $99 IF we fix it ALL.. If we can't it's free. That was very appealing. Tech Roy confirmed he was en route & arrived right on time. It took a while to get these 3 pieces of equipment to speak to each other & work together productively but after about 30 minutes VOILA! Once basic services were restored Roy went thru everything & optimized other operations. He asked if we understood everything & if there was anything else we'd like him to look at, but we were in shock he was so helpful & nice. The entire time he worked he kept us chuckling talking about old movies we'd enjoyed & such.. It was the most fun repair appointment ever & it was well worth the fee. We would DEFINITELY recommend HelloTech & will absolutely use them again in the future for installs & repairs. 5 stars for 100% awesome experience!

Frankly, I was looking forward to Amazon Prime Days and dreaming of spending too much money on a replacement. Before doing that I decided to have it professionally checked. Looking on Google, I picked the tech closest to my home. It was my lucky day because I met Joey Bond of JB Tech Computer Services. We spoke on the phone, and that same day he spent an hour with me looking at my Dell and discussing exactly what I needed and wanted. I left my laptop overnight and he worked his magic! The next day he came to my home & we spent another hour reviewing the changes. That's quite a lot of time and his price for service was outstanding. Now the my laptop is as good as or better than anything I was planning to purchase at Amazon's much touted sale. My sweet Dell just needed an adjustment or 2 or 3. It's never been so fast, affordable and convenient. I've made a new friend and now have a tech that I trust and will always be calling JB Computer Services for my computer needs!

    This review is about the online ordering system not necessarily about the Samford store…read more I wanted to write the review to let people know not to trust the online ordering system if you are using their credit card to purchase anything with the 0% financing option. I purchased a fridge in April 2025 and selected the option to finance for 18 months at no interest. I went on with my life making payments each month assuming there was 0% interest. To my surprise when i looked at the statement this month (I dont usually look at statements) they had been charging me interest the whole time. The promotion was never implemented. So far they have charged me over $500 in interest. When i called them today to question this their answer was that thye could not do anything and that it was my fault for not looking at the statement. I was disappointed because there was not even an apology by the account manager I spoke to. He even said that they would not even fix the issue going forward that they will continue charging interest. Disappointed to say that i will never go to best buy ever again after they robbed me of over $500. Will pay up the card, cancel and buy from other stores or online moving forward.

I recently ordered a pair of AirPods Pro that were listed as open-box in excellent condition. These were intended to be a birthday gift for my wife, so I was expecting them to arrive in near-new condition. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the box was torn apart and the AirPods were laying loose in the bottom of the shipping box. It was extremely disappointing to open a package meant to be a birthday gift and find it in that condition. I contacted customer service and was instructed to take them to the nearest Best Buy store. When I arrived, the store initially offered to replace them with an open-box pair in good condition, which was not equivalent to what I had purchased. After explaining the situation, I ultimately had to make another trip to the store and purchase a brand new pair instead. In total, this situation required multiple calls and two separate trips to the store, all because the item I received did not match the condition it was advertised in. I asked if any type of accommodation or compensation could be offered for the inconvenience, but I was told that nothing could be done. I have supported Best Buy for many years and have always trusted the quality and service your company provides. Because of that, this experience was very disappointing, especially considering that this purchase was meant to be a special birthday gift for my wife.
