I took matters into my own hands and did some research from Shredit, Cintas to Staples and preferred to do business with this entity because they were local and I was dealing with the owner not some random call center in India. Neighborhood Parcel shredding service was on time, their staff was very professional and did everything they were supposed to do including an accurate invoice and timely Certificate Of Destruction. I later discovered that they were very involved in the Lowell Community and sponsor Lazarus House and Boys and Girls Clubs, so I am proud to send them my five stars to encourage them to keep their ways and complement their service.
