The atms also spit out various denominations besides just 20's. I have easily made withdrawals and deposits at the teller, with them all being easily accommodating. When I got married and changed my name they made that process seem less and easy. Each individual that I have encountered at this location has been pleasant even on the busiest of days!

Before we applied for a HELOC, we showed them our tax returns because as self employed individuals, our income stream is complicated. We didn't want to ruin our credit score with unnecessary hard credit pulls. Showed it to the bank manager, she said it was no problem. It then became a very big problem. One application was lost, requiring a second. 3 credit pulls later, their loan processors not only did not understand what they were looking at in terms of income but didn't bother to ask us for clarification. They just summarily declined us and it took three tries for them to adequately explain why we were declined. They couldn't interpret our tax returns sufficiently to understand our income. Emailed the branch manager for assistance; she never bothered to respond. Don't bother with this bank.

I find the local banks, and Centreville Bank in particular excellent. Specifically, I am not dinged constant fees like I am with the larger, national banks. The outside of the bank is pretty vanilla and plain. Inside it is very clean and modern. Lots of glass and a soft color palate. The interior is one of the nicest bank interiors I have ever been in! They go out of their way to help you and know pretty much everyone by name. Great rates - in fact they pay more on their checking and cd's than other banks I have seen. They offer remote deposit which our company uses. No more going to the bank and depositing checks. We do it all from our office which saves us time and money.
