I told her I didn't want to make the trip before knowing if it was possible to enter the pool, then she said, let me check for you one moment, came back on the phone and said yes we're open. It's three dollars for entry. We drove 20 minutes to get to the aquatic center only to see that it was a ghost town. Not even open. So this person wasted this time of my day on Saturday. I wish I got the woman's name but I don't think that she should be answering phone calls anymore.

I called yesterday…read moreto get information about registering my 5-year-old daughter for a trial class today, and I completed the registration online as instructed. We arrived 10 minutes before class, and when I checked in with the front desk, the staff member told me everything was in order. However, about 10 minutes into the class, the coach suddenly pulled my daughter out, saying she wasn't on the list. The front desk staff member was on the phone with another customer and remained on the call for another 10 minutes, offering no assistance. At that point, I decided to leave. No one made any effort to fix the situation, and my daughter never got to do the trial class at all. It was incredibly disappointing for me and for her , it was disrespectful and felt like they simply didn't care.
