It's like the kids they don't help matter... they even stop classes 10 mins early when they are in a rush... I don't recommend this place at all. I was treated primarily by Karl and Danny, and they had all kinds of techniques for getting me back on my feet and doing normal stuff again! This is also a clinic for people coming back from work-related injuries, so they have a special room for people going back to, say, construction work. We also had some fun and laughs, and it all worked out very well. I give them very highest of recommendations. You can't go wrong at what's now called Physio Health!

They always greeted me, remembered me, and worked with me to reach my goals. They worked with my complicated health insurance situation to make sure my treatment was covered. They have all kinds of equipment and it seems like they're constantly expanding and getting the latest technology. I also had massages there as well as chiropractic appointments a few times and all of the providers were fantastic. I highly recommend Physio Health! I'm very helpful for everything they did to help me on my journey to better health!

My child was able to express himself more and I can understand him better now. I am super grateful for the therapists that work here. I recommended every parent to come here even if they have a slight doubt of coming. I didn't think my son needs speech therapy at first but his preschool teacher recommended it, since she was able to spot out that when he pronounce certain vowels it's off a bit. My family was saying it's a common thing with young kids; I replied that it be common but it doesn't have to be the "norm". In my culture, therapy is seen as a negative and for your child to see someone for that it's not normal. I think it's absolutely normal and why not give it a shot then determine if it's the right then for your child. Every child that comes here is super excited for their session and never cries while leaving their parents for the 30-45 mins

I was wheel-chair bound for 5 years and then had 2 knee replacement surgeries over the past year and the kind people at Olympic Sports & Spine in Covington, WA were absolutely crucial to my recovery. The amazing staff were able to coordinate my therapy appointments with my mother's appointments (yep, she had PT, too) and resolve issues with my difficult insurance company. And it's so nice to go to a place where people say hello with a smile and know your name. I had the privilege to work with several physical therapists and even the manager. When I went to PT after my first knee replacement, my non-surgical knee wouldn't bend. So the therapists would sit on the floor while I was on the bike and would pedal one side of the bike with their hands so that I could pedal the other side with my surgical leg. They adapted exercises and came up with creative treatments for my surgical leg because my non-surgical leg couldn't bend at all. When I went back to them after my second knee replacement, they helped me achieve range of motion on both of my knees that exceeded my surgeon's expectations. I will be forever grateful to this wonderful group of people who not only helped me walk again but also gave me hope and kept me encouraged the entire way.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I had a stroke and my DR sent me here. I called a month ago and scheduled and gave all my info and insurance. They said I was FINE. Today I was dropped off by hopelink since I can't drive. And I went in to my appointment. Im not able to drive at the moment. I walked in the door. No greetings or warm smile. Just some person that looked like he was in high-school or just graduated that very very rudely said "ummm who are you?" Then wouldn't let me walk over to him and put up his hand to stop me from coming closer. I told him my name. I am disabled and it was very awkward. I wasn't loud enough apparently so he got annoyed and sighed frustrated with me and wheeled his laptop closer to me. I showed him the text they sent me confirming my appointment. He sighed annoyed again at me. Then looked at his schedule. Then he said he saw a note saying my insurance was out of network. Im on medcaide so this didn't make sense . They told me on the phone that it was fine. They never called me and told me prior to my appointment. The kids kept being RUDE and could care less that I was stranded there for the next hour to stand outside waiting for my pick up ride. This is the worst physical therapy with the rudest teenager working here.

He is sensitive, kind, and dependable. Residents feel safe with him because he treats people with patience and genuine respect. In an environment where people are often vulnerable and relying on others for help, that kind of empathy makes a real difference. Steven also deserves strong recognition. He is not afraid of hard work and consistently does his job well. What stands out most is the way he helps residents feel comfortable about their bodies during very vulnerable moments. Personal care situations can be awkward or embarrassing, but Steven handles them with professionalism and respect, which preserves people's dignity. Demetrius is another staff member who clearly works extremely hard. He is constantly moving--running up and down the halls at what feels like the speed of light trying to help wherever needed. The residents deserve better care, and the employees who work hard every day--like Michael, Steven, Demetrius, Wei, and Brandon--deserve far better support from the leaders

Shame on you, Milam. They opening admitted that only 1/10 survives addiction and the recovery process. At least 8 people lost their lives that were in the facility at the same time as I. No big surprise at the Kirkland facility. You may need to update your format every 40 years or so Also, if you were prescribed medication for Seizures, make sure to leave that and any other medications home. They asked me 2-3 times if I was willing to discard my Clonazepam for my seizures, and I told them absolutely NOT, that is my medication. With all of the so called 'recovering addicts" that work there, my medication was never returned to me!!
