I was referred to OPT by the Proliance team at Valley Medical Center following a recent knee surgery. It's my first experience ever working with Physical Therapists and I couldn't be happier with the support and care that I've received. The office has a great atmosphere. You can tell this team not enjoys what they do, but are also closely knit. I have primarily worked with Sarah and Andrew who have both been outstanding. Finding a good physical therapist is something that can make all the difference with your ability to recover properly so when you find a good facility with amazing staff it is going to make everything easier. This location of Outpatient Physical Therapy has sensitive, caring and expert staff who are knowledgable in their field. The facility is intimate but it's not too small. There are several patient rooms and a large workout room with lots of equipment. There is also a TV and some background music but it's not too loud. I find the music helps with certain exercises. They do not actually dictate to me what I have to do, instead they work with me on the areas where I need the most help and that varies based on my needs. Staff are always supportive and understand when there are times that I am unable to complete certain exercises or want to do more of a specific type of exercise. I have worked closely with Katie and Claudia for several months and they are the reason I drive so far to this office and keep coming back. I have had physical therapy in several different countries overseas as well as in other facilities in the US and I can honestly say they are some of the most professional, thorough, supportive and friendly PT staff I have worked with. Even the front desk staff here are always polite and welcoming. You are always treated with dignity and respect and never rushed. Their level of professionalism and dedication is second to none. PT is not just a thing you do in an office with the therapist. It's something that you need to do while you are outside of the facility as well. To make it easier for me to do exercises at home they have given me print outs of exercises as well as latex bands to help with my homework! This really helps me to be an "active participant" in my own recovery instead of just sitting back passively and then complaining about why I am not getting better. PT is only going to work if you decide to push yourself. It may be a bit painful sometimes but they will not allow you to harm yourself. Katie and Claudia are very involved and listen as well as genuinely care. They've been able to motivate me from the start and actually keep me motivated by stressing the partnership of the therapists and the patients and encouraging me with positive feedback. We do not do the same exercises over and over as I have experienced at some other facilities. The exercises here vary based on my needs which change due to my condition. It is not regimented at all and flexibility of the staff means a lot to me. My pain is actually less than it was and my muscles are strengthening. I have made more progress than I have in years Thank you so much Katie and Claudia for believing in me and helping me in my recovery. I understand in my situation there will be some things that I may not be able to fully achieve but the focus is always on what I can do and not what I can't. Your support has helped me more than you will ever know and I will forever be grateful. I have explained that I hope to be able to get myself to a point where I can go to a gym and do my exercises by myself and then just come back for routine monitoring and adjustments in my plan as needed. Unlike some other facilities, they are supportive of my personalized plan on how I would like to deal with this. I highly recommend Outpatient Physical Therapy. It's worth the extra commute for me to work with PT staff who are this good and focus on me taking ownership of my own recovery. It may not be easy but with Katie and Claudia in my corner I feel I can accomplish so much more! Thank you! read more

Professional, effective, great people and convenient!!! I was a little hesitant about coming here based on the other review, but on the advice and recommendation of my doctor I scheduled my PT at Kent Easthill Physical Therapy. I was amazed this was the same clinic previously reviewed and was extremely impressed.. I had 3 weeks to rehab my knee for a basketball tourney in Spokane and George ( the Owner) , after a series of tests to determine my limits, said he could get me ready to go by game time. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and was considerate of past injuries that somewhat hampered my recovery process. He even gave me a few clever suggestions for future tournament, team names! The PT, while challenging, was very effective, and true to his word, George had me ready to roll come tip-off. The layout of the clinic is very open and modern. Several private rooms as well as an open area complete with HD LCD TV. I was even able to watch the world cup while receiving electro-stimulus, and ice treatment. Though I only used 1-2 of the machines, it seems like they had something for everyone ( including a Wii Fit!) The front office staff was personable, professional, and very accomodating in their scheduling. They handled a last minute cancellation of mine and got me in the next day no problem. All in all, it was a great experience, if I ever have to come back ( knock on wood) I won't hesitate to choose Kent Easthill PT. read more

The physical therapist are ok. However, watch out for the billing department. Your insurance company will get billed roughly $300 per visit and if haven't met your deductible you will be paying around $160 per visit. They do have a cash rate of $100/ visit. Unfortunately, they won't give you that retroactively. When they recommend you coming multiple times a week it adds up quick. read more

After I had a complete hip replacement, I was doomed for extended physical therapy during my recovery. Years ago I used Kent Easthill Physical Therapy for a different injury and was very satisfied with my rehab program and recovery process. When I returned, I found the same wonderful team of professionals there to greet me. Imagine my concern, though, when I was told two weeks into my rehab that the businesss had been sold and the new PT would help me immediately! The good news is I found the same professional standard daily and even more important to patients with lengthy recovery issues, I was met at each appointment by not just one but a team of knowledgeable, caring, insightful, friendly and encouraging individuals that made me feel like I was important and like "family". Some of the staff stayed on after the business changed hands; some were new to this clinic. I especially appreciated the willingness of George Anderson to adapt my treatment to not just meet my needs but to consider my future desires for physical movement and my enjoyment during the rigors of exercise and therapy. I actually looked forward to my time at the office! I truly appreciated the individual assistance I received and the ideas for improving home movement and rehab. The clinic transition appeared seamless to me and the atmosphere at the clinic was one of hope, encouragement and thoughtfulness. A year later when I returned to Kent Easthill Physical Therapy Clinic after a total knee replacement, I was excited to begin my training and work with the physical therapists and other staff again. From my first day back, I was treated with support, encouragement and like "family." It was as if I had never left the "house"! This time I healed more slowly so I became frustrated and complained when I just seemed to be at a standstill. Through it all, George and Olga kept me moving, massaged my pains, made me stretch my limbs, challenged me to keep going--- all the while getting me closer to the flexibility and strength desired. I felt my progress was complemented by the care and personal concern I received from the therapists. The Kent Easthill office is remarkable! The staff was always courteous, welcoming, and positive from the moment I entered the front door until the final day of my treatments. The front desk staff generously spent time getting to know their patients, as did the therapists. We talked about everything from cycling races and triathlons to weekend trips and family occasions. Toward the end of my rehab, if I arrived early for my session, I could begin doing my workout early, under the watchful eye of the staff; when I was detained and regrettably arrived late once, the staff was flexible and understanding. My shedule was arranged according to my availability, my account was handled without incident and delay, and my departure left the door open to stop by and check in whenever I have a question or need help. Kent Easthill Physical Therapy is terrific! My wife was in three car accidents, and they restored her to health through multiple months of physical therapy. I have been visiting Kent Easthill P.T. for the past 3 months, receiving treatment for neck & back injuries that I sustained during a fall at work. I have been familiar with George's work for many years, because he volunteers his time assisting the Kentridge Football team. He also helped my son with some upper back problems that related from a baseball injury. Do not give any credance to Shan C.'s comments, because they are totally bunk! Easthill Physical Therapy is a wonderful establishment that has helped me and my family tremendously. I was really pleased with the physical therapy treatment I received at Kent East Hill. Any questions I asked were answered and I was given ideas on what I could do at home to speed my progress along. I will always call PT "pain and torture" but this time the pain and torture were worth the effort. I am slowly getting back to where I was and it is exciting. read more
