There is a little mix of shade and direct sun so it is enjoyable to go for a leisurely stroll, look at the vendor offerings and get food or snacks. It is on the ocean so you can walk by the water and enjoy the view later. The Farmers Market is located in two parts so you cross the street to get to the rest of the market. There is parking in the street and close by so it isn't too bad finding parking.

From foods to unique trinkets and artists to a magician and a cello player. I know it sounds like a circus but I found this market to be just so fun. First off, when you walk in and in the middle there is a cello player that adds so much ambiance to the area. I then found some really cool bamboo stickers with so many cool designs that I thought were so unique I just had to buy some. Hawaiian honey was well represented there with some delicious flavors being sampled. Lastly there were some just so kind, friendly and talented artists there that if we had room in our luggage I would totally have been compelled to buy. Being a tourist to the area, this is a destination for us now, when in Hawaii gonna have to stop in every time.

Even back then, this place had the same vibrancy and legacy of local Hawaii. I remember how the everyday, friendly conversations between vendors and customers felt strangely comforting amid the lively noise and bustle. We, as buyers, are grateful to receive the blessings of locally grown products sold with such care and sincerity by the vendors. It is natural that health-conscious people gather here, but I truly hope that the simple, genuine communication unique to this place will continue forever. No one would doubt that the fresh local produce of Hawaii nourishes both body and soul. Even after living here for many years, I still find myself recharging my energy at KCC when I feel tired. After all, KCC Farmers Market remains my favorite place and location.

Parking is always a challenge at any farmer's market so that's okay. What I enjoyed is the food options for those that were there. I didn't notice to much produce there. There was a one-man operation making Pasta and he was busy. One of the guests had waited one hour for her order but she was fine with that which means his pasta must be amazing.

If you want local snacks, cheap souvenirs, or just a good walk, this is the place to be. Every time I visit, I end up finding something great, but this specific trip was a massive win. I had been on a hunt for coconut apple (the spongy, sweet embryo inside a mature coconut)...I had been to another marketplace, but this was the spot where I found it. I walked stall by stall, asking the vendors. Some gave me a knowing look, and some didn't, but when I found it, I was happy and able to relive my childhood memories of eating this. Between hunting down rare local treats and scoring great deals on shirts, gear, and random finds, you easily get your dollar's worth here. Just make sure to bring cash, wear comfortable shoes, and get there early before the sun really starts beating down.

I suppose it's not really the most exciting farmers market if you're more familiar with the KCC one or ones where there's many prepared foods vendors. There was one prepared food vendor and one extra art vendor so not a whole lot to explore. There's a nearby playground where it's focused for the bigger kids since it's mostly climbing focused. The marketplace where this is located, if you aren't familiar, is filled with many stores that sell food and even have a Safeway grocery store. Parking was relatively easy on a Sunday since there's a big parking lot.

Love this Manoa Farmers' Market in Manoa Marketplace as I needed a break from errands and thought that a quick drive up Manoa would be it and after a some lunch and visit to Fendu Boulangerie for a breakfast bite tomorrow I noticed some tents in front of the post office area. With what seems to just four vendors two are selling vegetables all are pre priced and packed making it very easy to browse and shop, there was an art seller and lastly was for some flowers at $5 for a small bunch it was just right for the butsudan and I just loved the lavender shade of anthurium. No veggies for me today though there were some that I wanted but had more errands to run but know that they're here and is a quick and easy place to find some fresh produce and veggies along with supporting local. Thank you!
