She provided excellent recommendations on which ship and itinerary would be the best fit, and her firsthand knowledge of the Virgin Voyages brand really showed since she has cruised with them herself. Shannon helped with every detail of the trip, from assisting with meal reservations to organizing private tours during our stops in Victoria, B.C. and Vancouver. I truly didn't have to worry about anything or spend time researching -- I let Shannon plan the entire trip, and she absolutely delivered. The private tours were fantastic, and I learned and saw so many highlights of both Victoria and Vancouver. I especially enjoyed my time in Vancouver. Shannon booked a private tour for 8 of us, and it was so convenient being picked up directly from the port terminal.
