I ran around all day from the interview to 2 different urgent care's facilities for drug testing.Only to be told they would be back in touch. I was excited meeting with Victor Hernandez about a possible new position he was very rude, and unprofessional he gave me a hard time about a month on my resume that was six years prior, I said thank your for pointing out that my mistake on my resume I will fix that and he shut the interview down and said he didn't want to work with me and I was completely shocked I was never treated that way ever andI have a good professional manner and backround with companies I work with he was very weird and I'm glad I work with better staffing agencies. This company sold a bill of goods that they did not follow through with. I got hired for concentrix through them. Before I was hired they told me that there was not going to be any selling involved, The hours would be 9 To 530 and and it would be a Monday through Friday gig. So far all of this has been found to be untrue and I know for a fact that they have done it several times. The only thing that that they have told the truth about is the pay. It seems like with this company it is whatever they need to say to get you hired and fill their quota. They do not care at all. If I could give less than one star I definitely would. read more

Stay away! These people are glorified resume collectors and will want yours just so they can pad their database. I suspect they also use applicants' resumes to contact their past employers in order to solicit business. I actually approached People Share a few months before I graduated so that I would be able to hit the ground running as soon as my semester ended. I was very clear with them as to when my semester would end and how soon I could start work. Even with my careful preparations, People Share did nothing to help me in my job search. They offered me an assignment which I didn't feel I was qualified for, so I passed on it, believing I was acting in the best interests of everyone involved. They assured me they would offer me another position soon,but that was a lie, as they never called me again. When I called to check in shortly after I turned down that assignment, they blew me off. You're better off applying for a job outright at an employer of your choosing. Avoid all temp agencies, especially this one. read more

My recruiter was FANTASTIC!! The interview, i killed it, communication was great prompt. BUT a few days went by i reach out to my homie David and crickets then a random lady by the name of Krystal emailed me stating my guy was let go!!! the what?? She stated she would be helping me and that is when everything went down in a flaming bag of dog crap!!!!!!!!!!! She was lazy unresponsive and all in all was as useful as a holey shovel! So i FINALLY get thru the pre courses oh which btw failed to mention no only are there 10 courses but after that there is a 200 question prep exam that you have to make 85 or greater another 85 question test along with that another 100 question test. Finally after that and the fact i had to leave my ft job and pick up a pt to do allllll of this, I email Krystal with such excitement that i finished and i am read to take on my state exam head on like a boss woman i am!! her response was....... You took too long and the position is no longer open!.................................. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I have never in my 35 years of living have EVER felt so enraged and soul crushed at the same time!! I immediately call the company to figure out what on earth is going on. I spoke to a lovely lady and if you are reading this maam and my sincere apologies!!! She assured me that some one would reach out to me and get this resolved, Guess what... that's right you guessed it NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME!!! go flippin figure! THEY are honestly disappointinging as a company. I was scheduled for an interview and I actually got into a serious car accident two days before my interview. I was in the hospital for literally two days. After I was cleared to go home I actually called and had explained what had happened to but that I was still Interested in the job. I spoke to someone that advised me to contact them back once I'm ready to continue to process. As things calmed down with my hospital visits and check up I finally called them back just for them to tell me that since I DID NOT SHOW UP TO THE INTERVIEW THAT I was no longer allowed this opportunity. I informed them that I was told that it was okay for me to continue the process prior but since my safety is more import to me , they denied me another chance. It's true what they say about this company but I thought different. Very rude and shallow and didn't give any care. After everything they told me that I am no longer allowed to even apply anymore, and if I do I will not get picked. They told me that "this is not the best company for you". You all encourage people to apply and want workers but can't even give me the chance I was told I would get after my accident. Finding a job during Covid times is already hard enough but to have a company tell me one thing and do another just showed me that they were right...I DONT THINK THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST FOR ME! I almost never write reviews, but my experience with the PeopleShare location in KOP was enough to log in and hopefully help someone who might go through the same thing as I did. I am a graduate student trying to make side money, so I applied to admin jobs on craigslist. This is where I received an immediate call back from Peopleshareworks in KOP. When you go in to their office, they have you fill out information on a computer in the office. Afterward, the person you're working with, in this case Ben K., sits down and talks to you about the interviews and possibly making a video resume using their software. Before your first interview they require you to go to their office ahead of time so they can check your attire. I dressed in a button down shirt, pencil skirt, and heels. I aced my first interview but the decision was taking long enough for them to have me interview at another place where I was offered the position within an hour of me leaving and them cancelling their other 2 interviews. I started immediately at that job, where the boss went on vacation the entire first week I was there, I never received any training, and coworkers constantly kept telling me I was the third assistant my boss had and that she was a menace to work with. This lady had me working ten hour days. I contacted peopleshare about the discrepancies between the job description and what she actually had me doing, and Ben K made a great excuse about how they're giving me more responsibility because they probably want to keep me long term. My third week, my apartment was broken into and I contacted the boss to let them know I'd have to be in late where she told me verbally on the phone that it was fine and to come in at noon, and before I could get there my assignment was terminated (even after peopleshare reviewed my work and was told that I was doing amazingly well - this was reported to me in a voicemail from peopleshare) PS wouldn't allow me to get my personal property back from that assignment and told me in an email that I'd have to drive to KOP to drop off my badge and they would have my things for me. Ben K told me this was standard procedure for the temp to pick up the belongings from the assignment! They found another assignment for me and I did phone interviews where I wasn't exactly happy with the people who were interviewing me. FRIDAY NIGHT, Ben K TEXTS me at 8pm that night that they want me to come in TOMORROW MORNING to be trained by the admin Id be replacing as it is her last day. I went and spent from 12pm-3pm there without getting paid for those hours, where the admin told me that her boss like the admin to pick up salad from the cheesecake factory in their personal vehicle for her lunch. Everything about that place wasn't a good fit for me. As soon as I left the building, I called Ben K and told him it wasn't for me, and that with the break-in, and the last job experience with a terrible boss, I wasn't feeling confident about taking this position. He basically bullied me into it on the phone. That sunday I decided it was better for me to focus on taking care of my personal problems rather than jump into a job I knew wouldn't fit me. I texted him that sunday afternoon. I never heard from peopleshare again. I sent an email to Ben K, which went ignored. I then called another person at peopleshare that I had spoken to, Angela (she and Ben were fighting over who would take credit for me at one point - how quickly things changed) and I was told she was out for the rest of the day. I called again today, where Ben K picked up the phone. I asked if he had sent my personal belongings to the address they had on file. He said no, nobody had picked up my things and that his other coworker was responsible to do that. I told him that he told me he would (as he wrote in his email to me). I told him if they didn't want to work with me thats fine, I can appreciate that. When I asked him why they felt I deserved to be treated this way, nothing was said, there was silence on the phone the whole time. From my phone call with him today he felt no need for apology at all. If anything there was nothing but attitude as if I'm an inconvenience. I am still waiting for my personal belongings and it has been 2 months since that assignment ended and I was told Ben would take care of it. Peopleshare can connect you with some great companies out there but they will only work with you as long as you're making them commission. They will not support you with any complaints you might have and will tell you whatever it is you need to hear to keep working. In the beginning, everyone was very nice and eager, however, they will turn on you quickly. Also there are only like 5 reps working there and they all speak to each other obviously, so you can't just go work with another person. read more

I was about to take a job I really didn't want, so a last ditch effort I applied to anything and everything on indeed.com, which just so happened to be a vague posting about a health care job. I applied, and received a call from Ben the next day. He described to me what he does, and what the position was and then asked me to come meet him the following day. I did and it was like a domino effect; interview, interview, offer. I accepted and had a job! After 5 months of searching I ended up at an awesome job. Not to mention, Ben walked me through the interview process and after I got the job he's checked in with me to see how I'm doing, even three weeks into the position. Super cool. read more

I have to say that my experience with Peopleshare was completely different from the previous two reviews. *** As a disclaimer I am not the kind of person that typically writes reviews on Yelp. I don't even believe that Yelp is a useful tool.** I graduated from Temple university in May of 2014 and after a summer of fruitless searching, pointless interning and frustration I was running out of money. Around that time Peopleshare contacted me after I had applied to a couple of their positions on various sites (craigslist, indeed, etc). I met Ben at Peopleshare and had an initial interview where we discussed what I was looking to achieve, which was a position that used the skills I went to college to learn (English and writing). A short time after that I receive a call from Peopleshare asking me if I was interested in interviewing with an insurance billing company called Trion. I was a little dismayed, it was a call center not a writing gig. But Meghan, who would become my go-to person at Peopleshare, sympathized with me and explained that it was necessary to build my resume and gain corporate experience. She made it very clear that this was a stepping stone. ~Fast forward a few months of working at Trion performing to the best of my abilities. My seasonal position ends.~ I emailed Meghan and informed her that I was going to be looking for new work. THAT DAY Meghan responded and told me that a position opened up at Hibu. It was the entry level position i've been looking for. Meghan set up the interview and gave me all the details. I interviewed and got the position. I've been working there since and have just worked enough hours to be hired full time. I would not have landed that job without Peopleshare. TL;DR: Peopleshare treated me like a human being, was responsive to me, kept their promises and got me the job I was looking to land within 6 months of working with them. read more

The Peopleshare office in Denver has been fantastic. They absolutely want to help you. If you have any qualifications at all, they can and will find a decently paying job that works for you. I dealt with a number of staffing agencies during my job search but only Peopleshare seemed truly motivated to find a job for me, no matter what they had to do. They even paid for professional licensing training, testing, and application fees. Bottom line is, they invest in the people they work with. read more

I normally do not leave reviews on yelp, but the experience with Peopleshare has been extraordinary. I connected with Meghan, who was very active in helping me find a job that fit my criteria. I spoke with her on the phone prior to meeting with her at the office. She coached me through the entire interview process and helped me with the video interview as well. I was able to land a job in a matter of one week!! I had been in touch with her throughout my probationary period, and I will continue to do so. I have been offered a permanent position at my company and I wholeheartedly accepted. Meghan has been a delight to work with and she really was invested in helping me find a job. I have sent my resume to a few positions that were being offered by People Share via Monster.com and Indeed.com. After not hearing from People Share regarding these positions, I called the King of Prussia office to inquire. I spoke with Mindy, I expressed my concerns to her. Mindy asked me to forward my resume directly to her, which of course I did. I then received an email from her informing me that People Share could not nor would not help me find employment. Why, you ask. Well, apparently back in 2012 I had an interview schedule with the West Chester, Pa office that I missed. I truly do not remember the appointment. Anyway People Share has banned/blackballed me for something that happened FIVE years ago. I guess the lesson here is, there is no forgiveness in the People Share organization. read more

Peopleshare was quick in getting me a temp to perm job at ICG Commerce. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later I was called by one of the recruiters telling me that I was no longer needed. I asked why, and they told me that they (ICG Commerce) didn't need to give me a reason. I told them I was going to call ICG myself and they replied that doing so will prohibit me from getting another job through Peopleshare. I felt USED. If I would have known as to why I was let go, I would understand. But I showed up to work everyday, and just trained. I didn't do anything that would have caused me to be let go. No warnings or anything. Didn't even do a single ounce of work for ICG, just trained. And what makes matters worse, Peopleshare told the unemployment office that I quit, instead of being let go. Which disqualified me from unemployment for the following 2 months. I honestly have no respect for this temp agency. Note: I understand that I was a temp, and that I didn't have a guarantee that I would be hired. But it's disrespectful I feel to be not informed, even though they didn't have to tell me anything. read more

I went to this place several years ago and never received a phone call after setting myself up in their system. I decided to try again earlier this year and they called me for one interview. After going through their prep work, I went to the interview and I was nervous and didn't give a very good answer to one question. So a few days later I called the woman I was dealing with at PS to see if she heard anything, she rudely told me that they claim I couldn't do my job (which by the way I never said) and she said she would call me if anything else comes up. That was over a year ago and I've never heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid peopleshare. Very unprofessional business. I received a call this morning about a job offer and when I respectfully declined due to personal reasons the Peopleshare employee was upset with me and hung up on me before I had a chance to explain why! I called back a while later to speak with a manager and to politely give feedback about this call but the receptionist transferred me over to the employee I spoke with earlier. I POLITELY explained why I was unhappy with her previous call and she was short with me on the phone once again, denying completely that she did anything wrong NOT ONCE apologizing. SO unprofessional. I'm very unhappy with this company and would rather look for my own job more tiring as it is, than deal with these people again. read more
