I travel frequently and the highest I have ever paid for this service anywhere is $65. They quoted $332 and said it was due to labor. This job takes roughly 7 to 10 minutes. They wanted $68 for the oil change alone, again with me supplying everything. On top of everything else, they're messy and leave oil all over the underside of your vehicle. Another express lube shop previously performed the same service for $59 just three months ago. Absolutely absurd. Just say you don't want to do it. Anyone who pays that price should rethink their decision. Extremely overpriced! This is exactly why I avoid places like this. Take your business elsewhere.

The other place said I had a huge oil leak and they refused to mess with my car. Took it over to Walmart and they not only changed my oil but brought me back and explained to me there was a leak but not as severe as the other place made it out to be. The other place said I had NO OIL in my car, Walmart said it was full. The other place flat out lied but Walmart took the time to reassure me that what they said was NOT the case. Thank you Walmart for going out of the way to ease my mind. You've got my business from now on.

My tire pressure light was on, so I asked them to fix the tire pressure monitors as well. Not only did they charge me for the tire pressure monitors and they did not turn my tire pressure monitor light off, I was there from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM when they said it would only be about 2/3 hours. THEN I was not even paying attention because I was so ready to leave, I am washing my truck now and my rims are scratched to hell and back because they were prying on the tires with a flat head screwdriver. So now my rims are scratched up all the way around. Absolutely disappointed, DO NOT go the cheap way out by going to Walmart unless it is just your work vehicle or something like that. Will never use Walmart tire service again.

They broke my aluminum hose for the compressor, said I did it, and after I constantly went back (my fault ik) for the same issues that were under warranty they said they no longer felt comfortable servicing my vehicle. Come to find out here recently.. after series of issues, the new compressor I asked for is actually refurbished and wasn't even mounted correctly and caused a few more thousand dollars in repairs. (Like hand tightened bolts or even missing ones.) Now you could say someone else could have messed with the compressor since then... sadly I do not go to the mechanic enough for that to be possible. :)

Took about 45 minutes to fix, website states 15 minutes. I thought the price for the patch was kind of high, $25. I think I'll stick with tire works which is also in Saraland (at least for tires). I believe I've paid $10 there, and I know they have done it free for me there too. That's all I can say at this point because that's the only service I have done (tire patch). They did say that it would cost $125 for an oil change on a GMC Sierra 1500. I think that may be a little high too, but I didn't ask what all they do on an oil change.

Marlon was professional and very knowledgeable. He assisted my husband over the phone. In person, the quality of service was impeccable. Not only did he changed all four tires, he balanced my tires, and did a wheel alignment on my car. Despite being a headache, Marlon made the process less stressful. Marlon deserves a raise!!!!
