It was really fun to see the changes. The food was good and served hot. I loved the homemade sausage with my eggs. They added a nice spice with scrambled eggs. The green chili was very good. It had a lot of flavor and a bite. I had to use it sparingly but it worked well with the eggs and papitas. My hubby had the waffle combo. The waffle was crispy on the outside and soft inside... just right. You could taste the hint of vanilla in the batter. It was great. Let me tell you, when we both tasted our food we were pleasantly surprised. I travel several times a month throughout the West Coast on business and eat out a lot. That was the best burger I ever eaten. My wife loves her cheesesteaks and is somewhat of a connoisseur . She said it was fantastic. The burger meat was not the normal processed patties , but hand pressed and if I had to guess at least a 1/3 lb. each. My wife had to eat her cheesesteak with a knife and fork. It was loaded.
