We decided to make a trip because we saw videos on TikTok & many creators stated that they have a bunch of seasonal cheese finds here... say no more, we are there! We haven't tried the cheeses from here yet but we picked up a variety of different cheese including creamy Havarti, jalapeño havarti, pepper jack, apple smoked Gouda, hot honey Gouda, blueberry vanilla goat cheese, cranberry white cheddar, double crème brie, Camembert, Asiago, manchego, packages of black pepper salami, herb salami, prosciutto, & an assortment of crackers. Recently, we've found an interest in creating our own charcuterie boards & experimenting + trying different cheeses to see what we like! It was pretty easy to find all the things we were looking for, though the layout was slightly different than the other Aldi locations I've been to (Walpole, Medford, Brockton, etc). Check out was easy; there was two lines and both moved rather quickly, in my opinion. I am an "Executive Chef" with Dream Dinners, and I have spent well over $20,000 at Dream Dinners over the years. The original owners sold to the present owner, Amy, a few years ago, and since then the business has gone down hill. We have had issues with the quality of the food, the assembly of the meals (haphazardly with missing ingredients), items constantly out of stock, and worst of all the new owner is rude, unpleasant, and does not care about the business. Her customer service skills are seriously lacking, and she does not want to hear any constructive feedback about her business. I responded to an e-mail today asking me to switch my scheduled appointment to make my meals in person (for the first since Covid) to an evening, (when I work). I told her that I could not make an evening appointment, and maybe the reason that Friday morning was so busy was because that she did not have enough in person spaces (she said they are very crowded on Friday morning). I also expressed my concerns about the haphazard way the meals have been assembled for the past 2.5 years (this is not the first time I have pointed this out to her staff) and she canceled my order! I had previously told her that I was moving, and this would be my last visit. She just cut off her nose to spite her face (and she lost a $500 plus order). What a jerk! The zucchini bread is amazing! Fresh and (as they claim) baked on premises. It really was balanced, soft but not too much so, and not terribly sugary for what I'm used to for an item like this. The meat section could source their meat more judiciously - the chicken wings I got were too large, and the skins on them were too fatty. They were priced well however. The biggest disappointment was that there weren't enough fresh items (for a store called "Fresh Market"). The leafy greens section of the store was fairly sparsely populated. The market should work to find some local producers (or at least closer to MA) and educate shoppers on the importance of fresh vegetables. It's worth seeing how they develop the store once business starts running.
